Lunch is served from 12.00 until 14:30 and dinner is served from 19:30 until 22:30. Reservations are recommended.
The hotel bar opens at 10.00 and closes at 23.00.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Sausmarez Manor (4.5 km) - Here you can play pitch and putt, travel on the little train, or walk through the gardens.

The hotel can be summed up in a few words - the staff & management have a can do attitude. Nothing is too much trouble & the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. My business partner & I regularly stay in 4 & 5 star hotels & this ranks amongst the best. |

Very attentive and friendly staff, room very cosy and comfortable, bed excellent, plenty of big and soft towels, lovely historic interior atmosphere, the bar is amazing - like staying in a beautiful manor house. If you are staying a few nights, make sure that you ask for a room with a sea view. I had a few of the back, which was ok, because I only stayed one night. |

the staff went out of their way to look after us and were very friendly especially arranging a special meal for my sisters birthday during our stay room was slightly smaller than expected especially for a twin room |

The staff were very good in sorting out booking issues There was a huge amount of refurbishment being done and the builders were outside my room. They also had no record of my booking through you and they had no rooms available. They managed to sort tis out. |

The staff were very helpful - nothing was too much. The meal in the dining room was excellent. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive and of a good quality. The hotel was in very good decorative order. It was very disappointing that the spa closed at 6pm. As a result we were unable to use it at all and we had been particularly looking forward to it and obviously was one of the reasons that attracted us to the hotel originally. |

The pleasant dining area, the attentive staff, the car brought to the door when needed. The general position of the hotel and the surrounds in the garden. The very small bedroom and even smaller shower, very difficult for older people. The very slow meal service at times, we waited one morning half an hour for breakfast order. |

la proximite du centre ville tout en étant dans un lieu intimiste.Faire tout à pied depuis l hotel et profiter du spa très confortable. il vaut mieux avoir une chambre donnant sur le jardin mais je ne sais pas si la différence de prix est importante par rapport à un chambre sans vue. |

Bon accueil, prestations de qualité Ma voiture s'est trouvée égarée pendant un demie heure. L'installation électrique de ma chambre était disjonctée à mon retour le soir. Dans les 2 cas votre personnel s'est montré à la hauteur. Mais, à mon avis ces 2 problèmes auraient mérités, ou un geste commercial ou une excuse de la part de la direction. Sinon parfait. |
