The family-run Old House is on the edge of the charming village of Witherley. It offers comfortable accommodation, free Wi-Fi, freshly cooked breakfasts and a very warm welcome. Rooms are en suite and have Freeview TV, and at the rear of the house there is private parking. The Old House B&B is 10 minutes from junction 10 of the M42 and junction 1 of the M69. Very warm welcome with a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. Sparkling clean bedroom and bathroom and very large bed. Nothing to dislike.

Friendly owners, beautiful room and lovely breakfast. Although a hairdryer was available on request, it would have been nice to have had one provided in the room.

I highly recommend this b&b, the owners were very friendly and the b&b itself is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated throughout and has lovely pieces of furniture in the communal areas and bedrooms. The breakfast was fantastic!

Lovely location close to a number of places of interest including the Battle of Bosworth and Twycross Zoo. Pub serving excellent food 2 minutes walk away. Warm but discrete welcome. Tea and coffee offered on arrival (in addition to facilities within the room). Excellent all round value The postcode when entered into Sat Nav does not take you to the Hotel!!!
