We were cordially received and felt at home. Alison suggested us a beautiful restaurant and reserved a table for us. That an many little other things were so kind and lovely that we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was luscious and we felt like a kings family. Many, many thanks for your love and great hospitality, Alison!

It was like walking into a little palace - it was beautiful. It was perfect. The food was delicious. Alison gave it 100% - she could not have done anything more or better.

Alison was very kind and helpful. She was a wonderful host, and made us feel welcome. The room was big enough for two adults and a child and lots of luggage! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was amazing. Great place!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Alison is a wonderful host and she made us feel very much at home. All the extra little touches, make this an excellent B&B. Our room was spacious, beautiful decorated and although on a main road, we never heard any street noise. Will most certainly recommend.

Our host, Allison was so intent on looking after us, so nice and so natural. The attention to detail in every aspect the place. Lovely guest lounge with complimentary chocolates, brandy, whisky. First class, spacious room, lovely breakfast room and top breakfast choices.

Really could not fault the Old Tramhouse. Maybe wifi was a bit slow and dropped out.

Lovely time, well looked after by my hostess. She was very accommodating with our late arrival time, and made sure we had every comfort possible. The room was lovely with lots of beautiful small details. The Old Tramhouse is 15 minutes walk from the University so ideal for any parents of students (me!) visiting. I really appreciated the wonderful breakfast. All in all a truly comfortable stay.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, very welcoming. Owner went out of her way to be helpful and was full of useful information.

Was further out of the city centre than I thought but in general wouldn't stop me staying there again

The hotel suits my needs. It is spotlessly clean, well equipped with themed bedrooms and ensuites. The host is first-class and happy to accomodate my needs. Breakfast was fresh and got the day off to a good start.

The owner was very nice, helpful and knowlegable about the local area. The guest house has just been refurbished to a very high standard and the dining room is amazing.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the guest house.

Alison the owner was extremely helpful. From the moment I arrived she recommended where within walking distance I could get an evening meal and this helpfulness continued throughout my stay. Almost reluctant to recommend this gem as would like to keep it as a secret but that would be unfair. Alison had the highest standards I have ever encountered and she deserves the highest accolades going. This is a definite for anyone going to the Stirling area

The Old Tramhouse is a gem, and Alison could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms are lovingly furnished, and the breakfast room is an experience in itself! It is very well situated for visiting the Castle and city - wish we'd had longer.

Our room faced the road, so was rather noisy - but we slept well. Light sleepers might like to ask for a room at the back

Lovely, comfortable room with large, en suite bathroom and well-appointed furnishings. Complimentary "wee drams" (small glasses of whisky) were available 'til 11 pm in the drawing room -- but we got back too late from the pubs to try! :) The location is great -- not very loud, but close to several pubs within short walking distance. Parking was easiest of the B&Bs where we stayed -- large car park. Our hostess had all kind of information for us when we asked where we should go for a short visit, for those who love local charm. She sent us to the William Wallace pub, and it was perfect, and only three minutes away on foot!

We only stayed one night, and bet that Stirling had more to offer than we were able to see after a long day of driving.
