Longstone House Bed & Breakfast, hotel in Seahouses

Situated in Seahouses, 1.4 km from Seahouses North Beach, Longstone House Bed & Breakfast features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a bar.

House, staff, rooms and food were all good. Was a little worried about road noise but the double glazing cut that out well. Bed was comfy and had two good nights of sleep. The only thing that mildly let the room down was the shower which was a bit tight for the larger person. The hotel is about 20mins walk from the centre of seahouses. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again if holidaying in that area.

Chandlers BnB, hotel in Seahouses

Situated in Seahouses and only 600 metres from Seahouses North Beach, Chandlers BnB features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Primarily we booked the B&B for the location and views over the harbour. On arrival we found the rooms to be beautifully appointed, spacious and incredibly clean. The sitting room was very roomy with great views and plenty of tea coffee etc. There was a fridge we could store cold drinks in. The breakfast was in the Chandlers breakfast room and again wonderful views. The breakfast was so tasty, hot and beautifully presented. Dave, Judith and Becky were so welcoming and friendly - they couldn’t do enough for us. We loved every moment of our stay.

Beautiful setting. Very quiet. Staff friendly and Helpful. We had The gardeners cottage away from the main building. A very large beamed bedroom with king size bed. The most amazing Windows. Modern bathroom and everything provided. We never ate evening meal. But used the pool facilties, Again towels provided. Lovely areas to sit and relax in and good selection of drinks at the bar. We never explored the grounds due to time and weather. But they are very well kept.

Seahouses is a perfect base to explore from.

Seahouses is a perfect base to explore from. Lovely little town with amazing coastal path. If you enjoy walking you won’t be disappointed with this area. Superb scenery from Seahouses to Lindisfarne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and discovered a lovely old traditional smokehouse in Seahouses. Before walking to Holy Island we enjoyed a coffee at Beal Barn with panoramic views. Driving over to Holy Island an option if you don’t want a very long walk ! Overall enjoyed excellent hospitality everywhere we visited. We’d need a full weeks visit next time to really appreciate that coastline. Stunning ! The Snug a cosy base for the two of us with parking right outside our door

The last stop on our 3 day walk of the Northumberland Coastal Path. We stayed in The Olde Ship Inn for one night - quirky but pleasant, helpful staff and good food, evening meal and breakfast. 7 mile round trip walk to Bamburgh Castle along the beach and back along the road was well worth it, interesting castle - good scones and coffee! Superb meal at The Bamburgh Castle Inn overlooking the harbour, I think they serve food all day.

Loved staying here. Friendly welcome. The location was superb with lovely views. Our rooms (bedroom & lounge) were clean and thoughtfully decorated. Having the lounge was definitely a plus and having only booked one night at Chandlers on our road trip, we wish we’d had time for more. We ate breakfast in the delightful breakfast room next door and the food was very good. We were next door to the Olde Ship Inn where we were treated to an excellent Sunday lunch followed by a walk along the beach.

Beautiful view from the pub and the room, the restaurant/bar had lots of nicely arranged seating and a lovely outdoor area. The bedroom was very big and I'm sure the bed was superkingsize! The ensuite was modern and clean. The room had a balcony which overlooked the harbour and because there were lots of large windows in the room, you could wake up to a Seaview The staff were very friendly and helpful too both with the room booking and behind the bar Breakfast was lovely too

The staff were very friendly and helped us immediately to find a safe, dry place for our large tandem bicycle. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was everything you could want and cooked exactly as you wanted, and I considered the Links Hotel to be eco-friendly because the dining room uses cloth table napkins, not endless and wasteful paper napkins. Thank you Links Hotel.

Dunelm House is in a great location, a short walk to pubs and restaurants and the harbour. Suzanne couldn't do enough for us, was very welcoming and even made us a booking for our evening meal at The Black Swan. The breakfasts were great as well and set us up for the day. The room was very nicely fitted out and furnished. Definitely recommend and will be coming back

Outstanding location overlooking the harbour at Seahouses, the village is only seconds away with all of the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We spent our time walking to Bamburgh Castle along the beach and exploring all that the area had to offer. A perfect weekend retreat.

Really great location, directly facing the beach. Easy walks, close to town, and Bamburgh Castle, and the Holy Isle. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bright comfortable room. A bit small, but ok. Fabulous bathroom. Best thing was breakfast. Possibly the best I’ve had at a hotel.
