Your lack of signage to the hotel. Even when you arrive at the stadium you cannot be seen and there are no direction signs to show the way. All of us had to ask in the Stadium where is the Lodge? You are not visible in the approach roads or actually when you arrive at the Stadium.

Everything. Disabled bathroom, grubby and rusty. Didn't even want to go in there with bare feet

We had to ask the receptionist information on breakfast and where we needed to go to get it. The breakfast was lacking. Half of it was not available, beans and tomatoes. We were told that fresh bacon was being cooked, when it arrived we were told we needed to wait for the eggs to be cooked. We were left standing around for ages before we were asked if we would like a drink. We had to ask again what was included in the breakfast and dismissively told that we could have cereal, juice, toast and cooked breakfast. We were told to help ourselves to the toast, when we asked how to use the toaster again the attendant was dismissive. The whole breakfast saga spoilt our experience a little and we will not be ordering it again. A different system, we feel is required and more seating allocated in the canteen. When we arrived at 8.00 a.m.there was a conference on.
The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was included and good. Use of sports facilities was excellent.

Horrible place to get to. Back of beyond on a grotty estate. Did not feel comfortable going out in the evening. Narrow roads, cars parked everywhere, parking was awful outside hotel.

Husband who was disabled was not able to shower as couldn't get into bath. Should have had a shower. A little bit dated and slightly grubby, especially bathroom.
Room was spacious. The receptionist was helpful and parking was good. Not too far from family who couldn't accommodate my disabled husband.

Less good value for solo traveller.
Clean, convenient and nice size rooms. Fairly quiet -away from main roads. Would have made better use of the facilities - especially the swimming pool.

Flashing in bathroom coming away from wall. Only one chair in a two bed room.
I had to attend the hospital so this was on the doorstep. When I arrived both my wife and I were charmed by the pleasant and helpfull reception lady. This followed through to the next morning with the young man on duty. Just what we needed after a long journey. Will be returning as my medicalneeds are ongoing. Nice quiet location.
8 February 2015
everything located in a stupid and traffic bad with all the parking. and breakfast in a different building, not good when you have a walking problem plus mildew in bathroom and cleaning fluid on toilet seat and only one bath towel
5 February 2015
The shower soaked the whole of the bathroom floor and took all day to drain. The fixtures are old and tired. The lights shorted and left me with no lighting. The chair is the wrong height for the desk and therefore useless for working at. The breakfast room isn't in the hotel and the café staff were slow.
The staff were helpful, the use of the gym and the pool was good. Free parking and quiet place to sleep near to Aylesbury.

Breakfast was horrible and in a stressful environment. Shower was either boiling or cold, bathroom was not fresh. Bad sound proofing.
Staff were nice. Good parking possibilities.

The service from the front desk The efficiency of the front desk Keys stopped working for everyones rooms meaning that there was even more of a delay. The beds are cheap and extremely uncomfortable. The wifi is poor.
11 December 2014
The breakfast was terrible with no fresh orange juice, it tasted like squash. The tea and coffee was of poor cheap quality and horrible. The bathroom had seen better days and was scruffy. Fortunately we didn't have to stay long and was glad to leave.
The bed was quite comfy
