The White Hart is situated in the heart of Somerset and just 25 minutes’ drive from the M5 motorway. The property has been serving as a pub in the market square of Somerton since the 16th century.

It's character and atmosphere.
The TV didn't work properly.only on it 2.
good beer and food, what more do you need!
Location and friendly staff
Could do with a little bit of maintenance
Loved the town - easy access to pubs, cafes and restaurants and the Pall Tavern was situated well opposite plenty of parking! Great night sleep - extremely comfy beds and exceedingly clean which was fantastic. So much room and space! Lovely staff and great pub down stairs.
Our only concern was that it was an extremely cold day and we came into the tavern keen to get into the warm! unfortunately the rooms were FREEZING. We would have appreciated the heating turned on for a while just for some comfort!
Location Check-in times Clean Value for money
Bathroom was a bit tired and shower a bit low but not bad at all - just mentioning it.
Comfortable, clean, big room; convenient for check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff.
Only stayed for one night sadly but would love to come back. It is not your typical hotel obviously but it has its character and location is prime. Staff super friendly and helpfull. The room we got was twice the size of our own bedroom.
Liked all about this unique place.
Clean & comfortable. Pleasant staff and a really good cooked breakfazt.
Nothing to dislike.
Room was a good size, but it was a triple.
No evening meal. Couldn't get TV to work. After purchasing drinks at the bar were not allowed to take to room. Only had a bar no lounge hence the need to go to our room with drinks. Breakfast not being served until 10am.
no breakfast before 10 am
Nice big rooms comfy beds plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good with quality local produce .Friendly staff..Situated in the centre of town so within easy walking distance of the main shops. Would certainly recommend to other people .
Only down side you have to use public car park which could be fairly expensive .Couldn't fulfil this criteria as I found very little to fault.
Bed was comfortable.Room was large
No hot water. Told owner the night before but didn't believe us
Easy to find and check in even though we arrived quiet late. The size of the rooms was quite good and nice bathrooms.
A little steep stairs for the elderly
It was clean
Nice size room, very good shower & comfy bed. Tea making facilities. Car parking across road free from 6pm until 8 am. Indian restaurant next door serves good food with pleasant staff.
A wee bit noisy as room above pub entrance. Pub does not have its own secure car parking.
Next to the town centre, very easy going , pleasant staff behind the bar, clean & tidy The Bed, the best bed I have ever slept in.
No on site car parking Chef not working on the Friday night.
Comfy and clean. Cheap
Kitchen closed= no breakfast No food allowed in rooms Music downstairs till 3am I now know bohemian rhapsody word for word.
Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Car park directly opposite.
The room was directly above the tavern bar where there was loud music and general revelry till 1am.
unable to get breakfast, Pub sign outside creaking all night.
Location was excellent. Beds really comfy. Room large and spacious rm 5. Staff friendly enough.
Unfinished room. Although we were told that on arrival. Some improvements needed but nothing major.. Window didnt close. Completely. was warm so didnt mind. No mirror around plug socket. A must.. Window over back entance and smoking from other neighboring indian coming through. . Nothing major .. would recommend offering breakfast included or at least offered.... parking is pay and display but was ok costs were low and free after 6pm
This pension has good and helpfull owner. This pension location is good but wifi is not good.
If you're passing through for a short visit this would be okay. Was very clean and nicely presented in the room.
Poor value for money, noisy as by the main road. Very warm in the room.
