What is there not to like?

Lovely breakfast, very clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff.

From the point I checked in, the receptionist already had prepared our parking permit. The decor and style of the reception areas and meeting areas were extremely well kept and very high standard. Breakfast choice was very good, fast and fresh, with dinning room very clean and fresh feel to it.

Staff Whistling the adams family theme tune at 0500hrs in the morning which woke us up !!! The smell of the toilet was unbearable!! Room needed a good dusting!

All-round comfort. Warm in cold spell. Plenty of lounge space. Excellent cook. Very quick, friendly service from foreign girls. Quiet room on second floor.

Everything about the hotel is excellent, food, comfort, rooms, location. The staff are even better than excellent. I wouldn't take my friends anywhere else.

All aspects were as we expected as we have stayed there before

As with most hotels - a bath towel would be better replaced with a bigger one or a bath sheet

Central location, close to sea and town centre. Impressive building from the outside, nice flower display externally.

Room basic, rather dreary, cheap flat-pack furniture. Bathroom poorly equipped, lacking shower curtain and only minimal toiletries. Tea making facilities minimal, lacking biscuits. No central heating, making a winter break unpleasant. Breakfast served over narrow period of time. Breakfast OK but we couldn't help ourselves to cereal or juice.

Friendly and made to feel very welcome by staff, comfortable bar and lounge area. Very nice room and good shower. Lovely Breakfast Highly recommended hotel

Excellent facilities for people with mobility issues.

Very clean and tidy,a very good breakfast but choice of evening meals were not up to much.

Price / Value for money. The only option for breakfast was English Breakfast.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff. Sooo important for good first impression. Food was delicious and we opted to buy dinner on our first night which was a very reasonable price and extremely tasty. Well done Palm Court for a good job, jobbed!!!

We returned because we found it so welcoming last year. It suited us for its location and the places we wished to visit. Also very convenient for bandstand and theatres for concerts etc. Although the menu was comparatively short the food was well presented and the service good. Very friendly staff. If we were visiting the area again we would have no hesitation in staying at Palm Court.

Family run - very friendly and helpful at all times. We booked bed and breakfast with little idea of the catering facilities, but breakfast was excellent - usual choices of fruit juice, cereal etc brought to you and then full English - also brought to the table. We booked dinner on two nights (you have to pre-book choices earlier in the day) and the food was absolutely excellent. Braised lamb with veg including proper mashed potato and on Sunday Roast Loin of Pork with excellent veg - 3 courses all made on the premises, served on hot plates (Gold Star) all excellent and really good value. Lounge very nice, with bar. Ramp to front door if needed, plus lift . Guests generally of an older age - being Eastbourne. Close to bandstand and Park Theatre - not too far from town.

Our room had a digital tv, but the Ariel wasn't good enough to receive digital channels

Having stayed there before we were confident of an enjoyable stay, and we were not disapointed

Good location with parking permit available, friendly staff, good breakfast, rooms comfortable and clean with large bathroom and bath.

Älteres Gebäude, Probleme mit WC-Spülung, lautes, ständiges Knarren des Fussbodens über unserem Zimmer = sehr störend!

Was able to offer limited vegan option for breakfast which was very nice. For future, easy to offer soya yogurts! Very comfortable and friendly atmosphrere.
