Nothing breakfast terrible service terrible clientelle need tp behave in front of children bad language
broken windows and sinks. Need attention.
reception was friendly and night porter also. good deal 35 for a couple with small breakfast. room ok size for just sleeping in. lots of mirrors. bar that was open until around 4-5am .
the bed didnt have enough sheets, there was gail force winds and the heating wasnt even on. I had to wear my cloths under my pjs to try and keep warm. the breakfast was out late and was a childsize plate and portion. didnt even get toast with my breakfast and had to ask for a cup of tea seperatly after waiting to see staff for over 10 mins. getting changed in the morning before check out time and the cleaner walks in my room. she apologises, but seriouse privicy issues. not much of blackpool was close enough for me ad to walk a fair bit to get anywere. one of my family had a sea view room but the windows was too muky to see the sea. also booked a double room and was given a twin room which was later changed at my request after getting the room. overall. i would not come here again and would not advise people to stay here either.
Location Staff Food Cleanliness
To pay £12 for parking for 1 day Room had 2 TV's as 1 was broken and had not been removed, we couldn't get into the wardrobe or reach the kettle tea/coffee making stuff as it was behind the replacement TV. TV kept pixalating. Not happy that the entrance to the lift maintenance cupboard was in our bathroom.
Really enjoyed Saturday night for Pete's big one. Excellent location and astonishingly good value.
People are very friendly food excellent cabaret excellent and different every night rooms are very clean and warm..staff are very helpful..excellent value for your money...I've stayed at tiffany's 4 times and will always stay there if ever I go back to Blackpool...
Warm, friendly staff. Very comfortable pleasant room. Great breakfast. Great location. Great value for money. I will definitely be staying there again.
Friendly lady on reception called Heather - very helpful
Too much noose from disco below us until late - if you stay ask for an upper floor room with sea view.
I liked how polite the staff are, they really helped us out even before checking in and after we had checked out, we felt like valued guests.
It got noisy from other guests but we understand that can't be helped, othert han that eveything was perfect.
Windows were full of condensation , struggled to see the sea view we had payed extra for.
The hotel just needs updating.
Great location everything in easy reach. A nice hotel nice staff nice breakfast and clean.
Beds could have been a little more comfy. And i would prefer a quilt instead of blankets maybe that was the theme of the room.
The hotel is in a great location and a clean and friendly hotel great value for money
We liked the room size and the use of a tv and ensuite bathroom. Also liked the tea tray. And the staff were very helpful.
We didn't like that you couldn't change the positioning of the tv and that the breakfast finished at 10am. Also he windows couldn't be opened. Also the tv kept cutting in and out and my partner experienced a cold shower which wasn't nice either.
bed was a shocker, decor was a bit tatty
The staff we're brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble. Especially Trevor the night porter. A big thank you also to Steve our waiter both mornings at breakfast.
It got quite cold at night and there were not enough blankets.
It says they have parking, but only about 6 spaces, not enough for the size of hotel
I was a teeny bit concerned after reading bad reveiws but as usual the reviews where nonscence. Amazing value for money, lovely little hotel. All receptionists where lovely and very helpful with us needing an extension lead and taxi numbers etc We needed an extension lead so we could straighten our hair and the plug socket was at the opposite end of the room to the mirror but no problem! Someone came to our room with one :d The Parisseanne is decorated really well, nice little rooms I would stay here again if in Blackpool, only slight issue is I would bring a bedsheet as they where a bit tattered underneath, and I'd bring warm clothes to sleep in because it's bloody freezing on that seafront, it was so so difficult trying to get out of bed it was that cold, some heating on would have been lovely! All in all great value for money. Ignore the bad reviews, if you're only coming for a night or 2, it's great! Blackpool tower is 5 minutes down the road if that :-)
Great location Nice bar Nice breakfast
No heating switched on in rooms!! old rattling windows meant the wind was whistling through the cold bedroom all night. still stairs to climb as the lift didn't go to room level.
Just about nothing...room 210 no heating, no lights...moved to 108 disgusting,,,smelly, dirty sink, scum round taps, toilet roll holder fell off wall numerous times,,thinest toilet paper we,ve ever seen...only one electric socket working,,inside kettle ughhhhh..curtains rotten, broken window taped up would not close properly...ceiling,wet....?.. Floor by side of bed wet...bedding looked clean but who nose...just to name but a few.....breakfast ok..but waiter on his own...never anybody on reception...yes faulty towers ...somebody needs to check this hotel out I don.t expect people to just take our word for it..Marie and mike
great location nice bar value for money one night stay New Years eve
room cold no heating on
Awful Experience - had to check out 5 rooms - fifth was damp - plaster came in window when open. Ceiling tiles raised with wind, tiny toilet - could not use unless door open. Would never stay with this group again
freezing cold. people wearing overcoats at breakfast . Heating went off in the afternoon so room freezing cold. reception said they had no mobile heating and maintenance man not on till morning. Left to go home at 5.30 am. so we could have breakfast in the warm.
Comfortable bar/lounge. Friendly staff.
The tired decor in the rooms and in the hotel in general, cold bedroom, tiny bathroom. Dirty glasses in bar, dirty crockery in dining room.
No heating on all night, didn't sleep at all it was that cold Needs a good clean
