Nice bed, the staff was very welcoming! Big spacy room and bathroom and at a very good price !
No heat in the bathroom, no wifi.
No keys for room Being women in middle of the night with stranger in the room
All of it I'd like my money bk
Car park facility is good
I didn't like any service. Too much smell of cigarate in the room n too much noise at midnight. very disturb sleep.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Price for 3 rooms
Anything about the hotel, the cleanliness essential was shockingly bad. The beds were more spring than mattress and I itches all night, the toilet seat had dried urine on it and the room furniture was so old and in poor condition. I won not recommend staying here at all
No heating in dining room. No ceiling, no light and mess everywhere there. So much cigarette ash in room on floor etc I couldn't sleep. Condoms and panty liners outside window and about 100 fags outside. Poor
The staff. Very friendly -had even bought a brand new travel cot for the baby. Well cooked freshly served breakfast
Hmm -the whole place, rooms, bedding stank of smoke. Tatty furniture. Tiles off ceiling so exposed wires -generally rundown.Showers not working in some rooms-scalding or cold. An eye opener for some of us who had not read the reviews. Embarrassed to have booked my family in!!
Size of room, cleanliness, en-suite bathroom, tv provided, acceptable breakfast.
No tea & coffee facilities in room, no refreshments available from reception either (e.g. a vending machine or communal tea point) therefore these hot drinks had to be sourced elsewhere and not a lot of places still open nearby to supply same. Breakfast tables not set out with linen and no cereals/self-service option available for top ups of orange juice, tea/coffee etc. Room was a bit noisy during the night due to other guests/staff moving around and even talking at c. 5am which could be heard audibly enough to waken me! Bit put off my other neg. reviews suggesting that main client base are DSS hostel guests or even prostitutes though never saw any evidence of the latter myself. As a solo (female) traveller this made me feel a little unsafe/uneasy to sleep there overnight so will probably not return for that reason.
Everything walked in and back again
one thing when I stay at a hotel is look forward to the the breakfast. The orange was diluted juice, the coffee was already made, so there was no choice of how much milk you got in it. The all English was cooked without choice, lumps of butter already on the toast and the fried eggs had already been seasoned with pepper. take it or leave it was the only choice. The state of the room carpet looked as if it had just been exited by a plaster with plaster footprints on it. Facilities, what facilities? there wasn't even a glass.
the bed was comfortable.
the carpets were filthy wet stained poor quality carpets and deco.old furniture.shower door broken, shower too small for a small built person.hot water was scallding and cod was too freezing therefore coulnd take a shower, when asked for a better room got one without toilet seat so frefused after the last offer the shower setting was perthatic so had enough lost out on 2x breakfast which booked in advantace but had to run from there as felt so let down upset
Leaving the premises.
Cold rooms. Cigarette burns on windowsill. Room smelt of stale smoke. Tv signal poor, tv picture was green. No tea/coffee facilities. Bed leg missing and propped up with wooden block. My daughters room was cold and had no light bulb.....etc etc
The filth and bed bugs
Location and price suited our need. Breakfast was OK, Friendly staff.
Could only get scalding hot water out of shower as controls weren't working properly.Decor very shabby and in need of attention.Bathroom fittings were lacking, no towel rails, plug for sink, no toilet brush.
no tea making facilities noice from other residents saw a documentary day after which had implications on that hotel which concludes would not stay there again.
Staff was amazingly kind and happy to help. Let us use the kitchen and helped us get taxis as we are not from there. However the place was nice bathroom was lovely and spacious.
The TV was a little portable which wouldn't even work. The TV in the other room was much better but couldn't turn the chanel over (stuck on the radio).
The value of money, location and easy going staff.
No toiletries in the bath room, one small soap.
They need to do more in cleaning their room.
I enjoy to stay maybe I will go back there.
Just the location.
The room was clean, the lady was cleaning every day. The area is nice and quiet, nearby Lister Park which is very nice. We arrive late but the room was ready.
The breakfast quite expensive and not tasty at all.
The hotel was very ok and I will love to lodge there again in future.
Well, I remember one night when one of your clients engaged in a fight with his friend. The receptionist explained to me the next day that it was as a result of the Muslim festival which was being celebrated that period.
The comfortable on -suit room.
Lack of tea /coffee faciliteis in the room
Good sized room; Good bed, duvet and pillow Great price!
Carpet was dirty; Only one towel was provided; Had to provide photographic ID that was photocopied.
