Quick, efficient booking in. Picked hotel as have stayed before when attending a function at the bay and then went shopping the next day - did the same again. Perfect location for this, as long as the cost is not prohibative. Enjoyed the break. Will hope to do the same again. |

Excellent location friendly staff the only draw back is that there is not enough parking spaces and we had to park in the multi storey which is not too far away but still not as conveinient |

checked in put in a room on 3rd floor, no outlook, scaffolding outside, looking over the yard had to be moved & had to pay extra £25 although i had requested a room overlooking the main street. charged £10 to park the car, although its the hotel`s car park. breakfast £13 each rather pricey. They seem to want to charge you for everthing ! |

Our evening dinner was not as good as we anticipated it should be. Several reasons but all of these were discussed with the Restaurant Manager (Dimitri) and he resolved them to our satisfaction. |

The location is excellent, right in the middle of High Street. The lobby is very stylish. The restaurant food is really tasty, with an extensive menu, and served by very professional staff. |

Location Check in very poor, room wasn't ready at 2.00pm and the booking for a twin room had been ignored. Staff could have sorted this out easily, however they chose not to, indeed they made me feel as if I had a cheek to expect what I'd asked for. As the room wasn't ready I asked if I could leave my suitcase, I was told to leave it in the foyer (out of sight of reception), where anyone could pick it up and walk straight out. This I refused to do and eventualy after complaining my suitcase was taken to a room at the back of the hotel. However this situation was down to two people on the desk that day, perhaps they were having a bad one! I will stay again, maybe the staff will be more pleasant next time. |

Cleaniness of the room especially bathroom. Smiling courteous staff, and good food for breakfast. The unconventional reception was not easily recogniseable. |

Ease of access to International Arena for show and ideal location for christmas shopping. Parking was expensive when there is no alternative parking available and when staying several nights adds considerable expense to the stay. |

The central location, spacious and clean accomodation. Excellant breakfast. When busy there was a considerable delay in booking in. Even with 4 booking in areas only one was manned |
