Very noisy, had very little sleep for the 2 nights as crowds going passed shouting till very late

I was very disapointed with the size of the room and having scafolding men taking it dow standing right out side our room at 7 00am shouting and screaming. It took untill the last day to work out the bath taps. Also with the show screan being fixed when I steped in to the bath I near slippped over as the non slip part of the bath is only near the taps and the screen prevents you from being able to step on it. I would have liked to see a non slip mat in the bathroom . being disabled and proun to falling it made shower time very worryig and had to ask my husband all the time to help me shower . it was noise untill the early hours of the morning over the weekend and didnt get much sleep . so would only stay there in the week again. Booked an Executive Double Room . well if that was one of them I would say I have had bigger room when stay at a travel lodge over night when flighing to a holiday destination extreemely disapointed

Amazing value via booking.com, a double room for less than the price of a single! Lovely big comfy bed, and a brilliant shower that I wanted to steal and take home (I didn't!). Staff very friendly and helpful.

On the second floor on the inside of the building, so there was quite noticeable noise from the aircon units right outside/below the window. It was a bit annoying but not enough to prevent sleeping. A hum rather than a thunder :)

It is convenient as we travelled by train it is very convenient for shopping experience and the buses are also regular so it means one visit other places while at the hotel

Value for money - excellent buffet style breakfast. Comfortable clean well kept rooms.

This hotel is in a very convenient position for both shoping and sightseeing. The current winter sale is extremely good value as the roms are comfortable and modern.

The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy at night as there are a number of nightclubs nearby

Only one small thing the Pillows in the room were like rooms not comfortable at all !!!!

Worst bed i've ever slept in......the mattress was like concrete & the pillows were like bricks ! Needless to say I didn't sleep very well at all.

Excellent value for money, fabulous location for shopping,( in the main high street.) Have stayed there before and will be returning.

Generally good hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Very stylish and staff friendly.

Took a while to get to reception to check in. Also reception was not clearly marked as such. Room was nice, big bed etc, although bed was very hard. Some dirt and stains in the room especially the bathroom. Found someone else's underwear in a drawer when I arrived. Room service has a rather big added charge and I found the food quite disappointing considering the price. Also took a long time for kitchens to answer the phone! Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. - Paid for breakfast but after the wedding had breakfast with the bridal party. This was quite badly managed and disappointing. And not mentioned upon check-in. Generally had a good stay but I just think things could have been managed a bit better and I expected more of a city centre 4 star hotel!!

thought the hotel was fantastic for a city trip as it is so local, staff were nice and helpfull. shall visit again
