Hyvä ja laadukas huone loistavalla sijainnilla.

Hotellin sijainti oli kaikin puolin hyvä. Lyhyt matka Paddingtonin asemalta ja hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisen kadun varrella. Sängyt olivat todella hyvät. Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Voimme mennä uudelleenkin samaan hotelliin.

Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallinen ja hyvä.

Jouduimme kahdesti käymään respassa, koska avain ei toiminut. Suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla. Henkilökunta olisi voinut olla hieman palvelualttiimpaa. Sillä he eivät välillä edes tervehtineet. Neljää tähteä tämä hotelli ei mielestämme ansaitse, korkeintaan kolme.

The price

They gave us a room in the basement, totally unacceptable! If I had know I would have booked either another hotel or paid a higher price for a better room. they advertised a deluxe room at very low rates but did not tell it was in the basement, and you had to cross the restaurant to get to your room!

Good location in a relatively quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of the nearest underground station. Nearby there are lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was absolutely clean and was extremly well equipped, including fridge and microwave.

When I checked in the reception was a bit on the cool side. A friendly welcome would certainly be appreciated by the guests and doesn't cost much! The fact that I had to pay a £ 30.00 deposit on arrival (the room had been fully paid in advance) was a surprise and totally unexpected of a hotel in this price range!

* Location (close to Lancaster Gate underground station, bus stops, Hyde Park)

* Rooms are very small * no fridge and no wardrobe in the room * hotel doesn't have enough adapters, however most of guests need it as they come from Europe * my towels were constantly dirty - cleaning lady was putting them from the floor to my hangers without washing them; when I was getting "clean" towels, they were with some dark hair - NOT ACCEPTABLE * I paid for Club Double Room, where I was supposed to have access to Club Lounge - reception didn't inform me where it was, when I finally went there, it was a small room with few newspapers, didn't see any soft drinks there, really poor quality; I was also supposed to have bathrobe and slippers - I did not get it * very bad Wi-Fi connection - luckily I got a cable to connect my laptop with the internet I don't recomment this place. I'm going back to London soon, but I will look for some other hotel.

The rooms, though good value for the location, are absolutely tiny. I went to the bar for a meal, was fairly rudely ushered to a table and 10 minutes later nobody had come to take my order, so I went out to eat somewhere else. That, however, was my only complaint about an otherwise good hotel, which I would recommend.

We liked the room, it was clean and comfy... Also when we were given the correct directions it was only a 10 minute walk to the station.

When we arrived, we were given a room key and that was it - no information on what the hotel offered; breakfast, restaurant, club lounge etc.. Although we paid for and were given a club room, we may aswell have booked a standard room as we were not given any information on what we had paid the extra for. The hotel staff were not particularly welcoming and did not seem very interested in promoting the hotel or being friendly towards their guests, which is a terrible shame as is gives a bad first impression. We would consider staying here again but recommend that the staff improve their customer relations!

The location is very good. Just 5 mins from the nearest tube. The room was also very clean.

Quiet residential area but walkable from Paddington Station(10 minutes?). Helpful staff, good use of space in rooms with 4 hanging clothes areas. Small bathroom but great water pressure in shower. Complete breakfast liked everything but the eggs. For London city I thought you got a lot for the price. Downside was lower level room with frosted over window but was quiet so you could sleep during the day after overseas travel.
