Kohtalaisen matkan päässä (7min kävely) Paddingtonin juna- ja metroasemasta. Rauhallisella sivukadulla jossa hyvin vähän liikennettä. Hotelli ja huone oli puhdas ja siisti. Ilmainen Wi-Fi yhteys huoneissa. Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä! Suosittelemme! Huoneen koko ei vastaa yleiseurooppalaista mielikuvaa "double room" kun on kyse 4 tähden hotellista (neliöt voisi ilmoittaa). Huom! Lontoossa huoneet yleisesti pieniä. Eteisessä voisi olla vaatekoukut seinässä ulkovaatteita varten, suuri miinus tästä kun huone muutenkin pieni ja vähän tilaa. |

The room I had was a double and was very comfortable and as it had been recently renovated everything was fresh and quiet. The staff were very helpful for all my needs and made me feel at home. Definitely would stay there again as it is great value compared to others around the area. Single rooms are tiny. |

Food was excellent. Bloody small rooms - should have been made clear on the website. Shoddy workmanship made the hotel look like it had been thrown together for a quick turnaround and it did not feel "good quality". |

Great value for money, excellent staff, good quiet location, good breakfast and attentive staff and nice decor. Rooms can be a bit small and 1 of the 2 rooms I stayed in had limited storage facilities for clothes. |

Attractive and convenient location near to Paddington and Hyde Park. The Hotel offers complementary WiFi and rooms are quite new and well equipped. Quite little space especially in the bathroom. But despite this fact, everything was working well and all functional aspects in the room got covered well. |

On this occasion not much We were booked into a room which was already occupied and was very embarrassing when we entered it. We were then given a disabled room with a disabled bathroom which was unpleasant to use. A real shame because I loved this hotel when first stayed but after this experience not sure I will go back |

It was conveniently located to Paddington Station, The place was good for an overnight stay, with a good breakfast, and good bar. Hotel was bright and cheerful. The lifts were terrible, the concierge just watched me struggle with my bags (thanks for that), and I found it overpriced. |

The location and the fact that it was quite new (or newly refurbished). Lift wasn't working for almost our entire stay at the hotel. Fortunately our room was on the 1st. When we got there, the lock of the room they gave us wasn't working and only after calling the manager we managed to get another room after half an hour. A little disappointing since we were travelling all day and wanted to have a rest. Everything else was fine and most of the staff, with some exceptions, was very polite and helpful. |

I've chosen this hotel due to price decline, if i ve paid the orijinal asked price it would have been a huge mistake to stay in. Rooms are too small, low ceilings not as seen on pictures. Air conditioning does not work efficiently. (even you choose to have 22 degrees celcius, you get 29-30 degrees.) |

The hotel room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful It would have been good to have had 2 cups and 2 glasses rather than just 1 also the loo roll got wet in the shower room as it was very close to shower other than that it was a wonderful experience |
