It was clean and the wifi was ok. some of the rooms had a good space
Some rooms were really small, some bathrooms were too small and no space for shower
Although the room was small, it was quite comfortable and quiet.
This little gem was in a lovely location within easy access to the centre of London it is immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Recommend this hotel will stay again.
Lack of electrical sockets near bed at an appropriate height. Had to crawl on floor to find socket. Only other point was that the switches only operated on one side of the bed - difficult if one wants to sleep whilst the other reads!
i love the neighbourhood, friendly staff and of course the comfort. I also love the system of having a free breakfast when i book as a returning customer
the shower faucets/WC flush dont always work well.....
Location and comfort were excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great breakfast. Overall great value for money.
The staff were friendly, hotel was clean, smart, room and features were excellent good nights sleep and the food was also excellent !
Clean room,excellent staff,
location plus comfort
Location, Quiet, comfortable (but Small) room.
expensive (but all London hotels represent very poor value for money)
Some rooms didn't have an exterior outlook, and we really wanted to open windows a little, and in some rooms that wasn't possible.
Rooms were very noisy. We could hear our neighbours if you know what i mean.
I stayed for a night with my boyfriend for his birthday. The hotel was so clean and modern. There was a range of teas, fruit and a bottle of water in our room on arrival and the room was very nice. The bed was by far the comfiest hotel bed I've stayed in, we both had a brilliant nights sleep. In a lovely setting, close to shops and stations and very close to Hyde park. Lovely hotel.
The rooms weren't massive for the price and due to the style of wood panelled wall, it felt a bit like being in a box. I didn't get a real experience as we were only there for a night. The bathroom flooded whenever we had showers. The staff were lovely and welcoming but seemed inexperienced. Despite this lovely stay.
excellent bed very tidy and exceptionally clean helpful staff quiet location but central
Location. Cleanliness. Staff.
Room was very small. Bed was a small double/queen size. Location comes with a price!
Very friendly and helpful staff, they could not do enough for you. Although we stayed only 1 night we were able to leave our bags with them for the full 2 days - before and after check in/out which was great. Conveniently close to paddington station approx 5/10 min walk. Walked back to the hotel late a night after the theatre (3 females) and I felt safe in the area. Room was lovely even though we were on the lower ground so no view.
My only negative is the plumbing in our room. Every flush from the room above was like something being dropped in our own bathroom. If you were actually in the bathroom at the time it did make you jump as it was so loud. Also a constant noise from what I think was air con although we had switched off the one in the room and this seemed to be more of communal one. This all flushes were few and we all slept through with the noise.
Excellent location, staff and superb room. Beds amazing and showers awesome
Having to leave!
I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were also upgraded to a club room.
The basin in the bathroom was too small and wasn't enough room for my toiletries..
Nice stuff and they are good
You can hear other rooms :P
Lovely big room with hallway and bathroom meant we were protected from the corridor so limited noise. Although the bathroom was on the small side the shower was great! Very comfy bed too.
Did email the hotel prior to stay however they did not reply?
The position of the hotel for my purposes was excellent.
Nothing really - I had booked a compact double room; for one person it was fine but would not have been suitable for 2 people.
-Great location. -Near to many restaurants ,grocery shops and dry cleaners. -nice and friendly staff. -does the job.
-Not much Value for money. -small rooms.
Location was convenient to heathrow and the hospital we were attending. The staff were very helpful
The room was tiny and we had paid for an upgrade it was also very basic and we looked out on a wall. It was hugely expensive for what you got
Close-by a convenient store a a bicycle bay
Placed I a room with loose door seal under the stairs. Had to complain to change my toom
The breakfast and the second room they placed me in on the second night of my stay.
They put me in a room that had obviously been unused due to a dampness issue, it was dusty and dampness was clearly evident. The reception staff did not offer any compensation for staying in this room other than changing my room for the second evening. I would never recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service I received at 11pm at night when I arrived. My room was sub standard and I should of been given the nights stay for free!
The staff were very helpful and polite and as it was my birthday we were upgraded and given a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise.
