The Park Grand London Paddington

O fato de ser um hotel novo.

Precisei mudar 3 vezes de quarto. Os primeiros dois quartos oferecidos eram tão pequenos, tão pequenos que não dava para abrir uma mala. E nenhum quarto tem armário. Tem somente 2 ou 3 nichos para guardar algumas roupas. Nada prático. é um bom hotel para bussiness, para homem/ mulher em viagem de negócios, sem bagagem, q se hospeda por 2/3 dias.

A localização é boa, porque em menos de 5minutos a pé chega-se à estação de Paddington. Como conseguimos o quarto a um preço muito competitivo, posso dizer q a relação preço/qualidade é boa. No entanto, de acordo com os meus padrões, este hotel não merece as 5 estrelas, no limite 4 estrelas.

Ainda estava em obras. Como tinha sido aberto há pouco tempo, havia alguma desorganização no atendimento. Houve uma noite que tive de tomar banho de água fria.

The styling of the lobby and rooms is ok.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the nearest tubestation, not so handy if you want to drop shoppingbags during the day. Also some of the hotel doorrooms just opened upon pressing them, our lock didn't work either. Luckily we checked before leaving and it was fixed. This is no 5 star hotel, but 3-4 at the most. Ok, but location is not very convenient and rooms are tiny. Beds are very firm, not very comfy.

This is a new hotel, the staff are keen and friendly. The room first allocated to us was unacceptably small, on request we were allowed to move to a very satisfactory room so thanks to the duty manager for that.

The hotel is new and in converted houses. The dimensions are more domestic than grand, so space is tight. As a consequence there are no rooms I am told, with a bath, so this is a shower only hotel

i saw it on the internet and made me curious. was a nice experience staying there.

Quiet street. Conveniently located. Free wired internet. Attentive staff.

Rooms are very small, although comfortable since I was really only there in evening. Shower is just one side of bathroom, not a stall.

Good location close to Paddington and Hearthrow Express train, close to subway station, old but nicely renovated building.

Hotel is new and was not ready 100%, worst wost the very rude and unhelpful staff with absolutely no smile. Everything went wrong was my problem and took long time to fix.

The bathroom facilities were very good - underfloor heating, good powerful shower (although there was a hole in the roof of the bathroom)

Having booking a Double Delux, the room was barely large enough to fit the bed in. The mini bar was found on the floor in the doorway to the bathroom, unplugged and not working. Panels in the walls were lose and had light coming from them so we had to remove the key from the electrics to be able to sleep. There was also a large hole in the roof of the bathroom showing all the piping and electrics in the ceiling. For the price of the room (and the normal price of 329 pounds a night), I felt this was far far below standards and surprised the hotel had been awarded 4 stars. I addressed all of the above in an e-mail to the Shaftsbury customer services and they did not even send me a reply. Very disappointed.

The hotel is not ready to receive guests.Bar not yet open, restaurant not opened, no roomservice, no minibar....... More alarming is the lack of safety.

Nobody could speak English properly.I still wait for feedback regarding the Shaftsbury loyalty program, not sure if my 2 nights stya was added.
