The lOcation of the hotel. The staff was good. Rooms are very very small. We had to change our room because our legs were hanging out of the bed it being so small. The bed in the other room was no better. The ensuite is also matchbox sized.

We stayed in a family room which was very roomy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was well organised. Breakfast didn't start until 8.30am which meant that my husband who had to go to work at 7.30am didn't get any.

It's an excellent location with beautiful panoramic views overlooking north beach. Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms with attractive decor. Room maintained to a very high standard, very clean throughout and would recommend sea view. Staff are very friendly, good quality breakfast and pleasant walk into the nearby Tenby town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again The bathroom could have been to a higher spec - ie. Tiled floor not carpet and larger flat-screen telly in room. Lovely location but need to take care with steps/gradient leading towards to the main road.

The staff were very helpfull, and willing to please. At breakfast nothing was to much trouble as we were a large party of seven. Our stay was very relaxed and comfortable and we will be returning in the near future. We were so pleased with the staff especially reception lady that we left a generous tip. The only thing I would change about the rooms is to remove the carpets from the bathroom as during my stay there was a constent smell of urine in the bathroom ,which I beleive was comming from the carpet. The carpets are hoovered every day,but not cleaned.I Found the smell very unpleasant and was the only thing to put me off from retuning,I feel it would be a very small problem to solve and make a big difference.

The view from my room. The food, Despite ringing the hotel and discussing my disability needs I was not informed that there were a lot of stairs from the lift to my room. The hotel was very cold, in the dining room, the bar and my room. Parking was an issue as there was no space available out front. No assistance offered with my bags. Room service breakfast order was changed night before departure but I had to chase it up when 10mins late and found changes not communicated therefore I was late taking my elderly father to a medical appointment.

excellent value for money and good location. the staff were very friendly .we stayed in a very quiet period but were delighted to find we had been given a sea view room recently well renovated. we could not fault the meals either and the cheeseboard at the end of each meal ensured we wentt home a little heavier than when we came!wolud definetley use again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Hotel overall was first class, clean, tidy and our room had a lovely sea view and was very tastefully decorated and comfortable - excellent food Nothing we didnt like - just a little thing such as a couple of coat hooks on back of room door to hang your coat - didnt want to put it in wardrobe when it was wet

The staff were very friendly, food was good, rooms comfy and clean, all in all the hotel was nicely decorated clean and tidy and the furniture was very nice. If the weather is good their are loungers situated all around the garden areas. this hotel is situated in an ideal place for some fantastic views overlooking the harbour, beach, and caldey island. so make sure you pay that little bit extra for "A ROOM WITH A VIEW". dont forget your binoculars. i also liked the walk down a winding slope (quite steep be warned) leading to the beach, harbour, and into town. however there is a easier way round the front of the hotel . No comment!!!!!!! cant wait to go back!!!!!!!! SORRY!!! BUT i have to add although no problem for us the hotel is situated on a hill and is about ten minutes walk to the town centre which we enjoyed BUT if your elderly or have any disabilities (sorry) you may find this difficult. you could have a taxi which there were plenty that i saw and shouldnt be expensive.

Exceptionally high standard of decoration throughout the hotel. The owners have equipped the hotel with furniture for a mansion house. Very nice public rooms, bedrooms and bedroom furniture. The fire alarm in the room went off when steam came out of the bathroom. We certainly were not smoking. The alarm stopped before we were able to throw clothes on. Hear it happened elsewhere in the hotel the same morning, unless it was going off everywhere. For such a lovely place staff needed retraining or upgrading. Perhaps the owners were away....
