“ The staff were wonderful and lovely to our dog which was the only reason we picked them in the first place. They couldn't have been nicer. The food was superb and heaps of it. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I left my phone charger and they said our dogs toy was there too and they would put both in a jiffy bag and post them to us. ”

The staff were really friendly. The view across the Firth of Clyde was magnificent....even in the rain. Good value for money. Comfy. Would have liked Wifi in room. ...but really no complaints :-)

The staff at the Park are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is spotlessly clean. We didn't have dinner at The Park but the breakfast was very good value for money and the food of a high quality. Would recommend as a cosy comfortable family run hotel.

The staff were exemplary. My American tourists were on a research programme and the manager was most helpful in that quest. The young receptionist was a delight, as was breakfast, and ofcourse the rooms. There was nothing not to like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer queries and offer advice. The room where breakfast was served was beautiful, overlooking the estuary and play area. The breakfast was beutifully cooked, hot and fresh. I only had one meal which was disappointing and put me off trying any more meals.

Ideal location near to Dunoon centre. Easy to get to from the ferry. Rooms were nicely decorated and had kettle plus tea and coffee and biscuits. Beds were comfortable and television with good range of channels. Breakfast was very good with large pot of piping hot tea. Staff were friendly. En suite was a bit dated.

Bedrooms well decorated Lady who served us breakfast Bathrooms in poor condition, shower sprayed water out to the sides. Mould marks round baths in both rooms Had to have breakfast between 08.00 and 09.00 despite being the only people there. No fruit for breakfast. Very strong smell of artificial air freshner in toilets and down stairs.

The hotel was excellent and staff very friendly. We had dinner in the evening and it was well presented and value for money. A three course meal was £10.00

Very comfortable. The bedroom was small but cosy and clean. The staff were very friendly. The food was excellent but I thought £10 for a small plate of biscuits and cheese was a bit steep. Especially as the main course was slightly less than that.

Room 26 was excellent and all of the staff were very polite and helpful. Everywhere was warm on a very cold weekend. It took a long time to fill the bath.

We booked the suite which was a lovely large room well equipped. Jacuzi bath, large flat screen tv and plenty of seating around the bed itself. Feather quilt and pillows and room was very warm with adjustable radiators. Velux windows everywhere ( 6 in total ) so a very bright room. I'd book again without any doubts. A hearty Scottish breakfast in the morning.

A very warm, friendly hotel Great room (26) good value for money food, we spent a week travelling around Scotland and the meal we had cost two to three times more at most of the other hotels we stayed at. Overall a great hotel. Keep it up!!
