The Parks Guest Accommodation  

Free Car Park at Guest House and walking distance of Station and Sea Front. Left car at Guest House and saved on Parking as almost every street had parking meter.

Bathroom rather small but adequate

It's very clean and cosy. And the owners are a very lovely a professional couple.

the room was a little bit cold.

Our stay was so relaxed and we felt comfortable staying there. The owner was very accommodating and was very informative on places to see and eat. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

They were friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Was not far from seafront or from my daughter with whom I was visiting. Also near to Torquay train station. Clean and tidy would stay there again.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the owners could not have done more for us.

Tim and sarah have a lovely b/b ..our room was clean and spotless breakfast very good i enjoyed having a visited from puppy dog "Benson" There was lounge/bar you can relax and have chat very friendly

Its manager was so friendly and we had good time there.

Stayed at the Parks for a midweek break. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good which set us up for the day.Tim was very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. All in all we had an excellent stay and would recommend to others.

Good food short walk from town and sea front if we go back to torquay we will go back to parks

Friendly and welcoming, Helpful re places to visit and eat locally. Clean, bright room, would visit again and recommend to friends and relatives. Pity the weather was so bad we couldn't use the swimming pool.

The Parks was very friendly and accommodating. Went above what was expected to ensure we were comfortable. Quiet location a few minutes walk from the train station and sea front. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Would definately stay there again.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and kind. You felt absolutly welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Tim was very friendly & helpful. We picked this hotel because it's only a 5-10 minute walk from the railway station and the seafront. It's a bit further to get to the centre of Torquay, but to us, this was a good thing as it meant that the location was quiet at night time.

Staff here were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with good choice. Was good value for money and good location for nearby facilities. The bed was very comfortable!!

Very clean room, comfortable bed, smashing breakfast and the Staff could not have been more kind or helpful. The location was excellent given that we were at the Conference Centre - just a short walk, perhaps 8 minutes there and 5 minutes back (it's a bit uphill on the way there).

Conveniently located for both the station and the Riviera Conference Centre and with its own car-park, this was an excellent spot for us. Tim the proprietor was always helpful, advancing breakfast times to fit in with our need to attend a Conference. Despite being close to the railway line, this was a very quiet spot only 5 minutes from the promenade. All make it good value for money.

De uitbaters Tim en Sarah waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het "full English breakfast" was werkelijk full! Smakelijk en uitgebreid. Ruime kamer met alles voorhanden, idem badkamer. Parkeerplaats bij het gebouw, ook belangrijk dat men niet moet gaan zoeken in de omgeving. Ons oordeel voor dit hotel "simply the best in Torquay"!!

Buiten het doorgaans goede weer was er eens een natte, frisse dag tussen. Het zou aangenaam geweest zijn als men dan de verwarming eens kon aan zetten, zeker in de badkamer. Ik kan niet zeggen dat dit een groot probleem is maar het zou zeker gezelliger geweest zijn.

Unglaublich gastfreundlicher und hilfsbereitrt Inhaber, Tolles Englisches Frühstück immer frisch zu bereitet. Absolut TOP !! Wenn wir nochmals in der Gegend sind kommen wir garantiert wieder

This was the second time that we had stayed at The Parks and once again the room and breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. Tim and Sarah are first class hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.
