Good price for one night, reception very friendly and professional, room comfortable and well presented. The accommodation side is very good value for money.

Dinning room is uncomfortable, evening team were Fawlty Towers, Breakfast was busy with 1 hard working young member of staff and no support, consequently breakfast was very slow

The hotel was beautiful and just what we had hoped for. The suite of rooms was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. The food was ok but nothing special.

Be aware that this is a hotel that hosts functions of various sorts and if you are unlucky enough to catch one of these nights then the small restaurant can not cope with the number of guests.

Terrible service. The hotel had been booked for other functions, and was insufficiently staffed to provide a dinner for guests. I.e. table booked for 7.45 - we were still waiting at 8.30. With no hope of a table, we drove into Worcester. Room OK but bar shabby and dark, and dining area very ordinary. And why would you want to listen to a noisy Minah bird through breakfast? Not very convenient for central Worcester, background noise from motorway in bedrooms. First and last visit.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food in restaurant very good. Very comfortable stay.

My mother and I felt welcome and well looked after, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Both the evening meal and breakfast was delicous and great value.

The noisy parrot in the bar area was the only downfall. I don't believe animals such as birds should be in the same area as people are eating.

the late breakfast advertised as starting at 7:00 am didn't actauly start till 7:20 putting my schedule behind. Slow internet brakfast coffee in a tiny cup, expected a pot.

The grounds were beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful.

There were not enough staff on duty . One barman/waiter is not enough. Not enough staff training .hence wrong orders! On the morning one staff again and the inevitable order mistakes, and I am still waiting for the mustard I ordered!

The reception staff are fantastic, the food is wonderful & great value for money.

The breakfast staff are not overly driven, you can wait half an hour for food, Miranda is fantastic though.

We booked an Executive Suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean throughout. Good breakfast.

Walking around the grounds of the hotel you were aware of the noise from the motorway, but it has to be said you could not hear the motorway anywhere within the hotel.

Very clean room and bathroom. Big thanks for a kettle and nice selections of teas/cofee.

Not easy to find it if driving at night without sat nav

The staff here were incredible, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is in the most beautiful of locations. Will certainly be staying again. A++++++++

Excellent value for money with helpful staff. Good choice of food in the restaurant , followed by a decent full english breakfast. Room was clean, tidy and spacious.

The food was excellent do not let the decor put you off or you will miss out on some wonderful food.
