The bed was a bit hard
Friendly staff, room was clean and bathroom was clean, room was a ok size as well. Bar was ok for a nice chill out listening to some music. Breakfast was nice had a good choice of cereals, toast, full English breakfast, scrambled egg, freah juice, tea or coffee. Nothing was too much trouble.
The only bad thing about the place was that they had 2 dogs both really friendly 1 small dog and 1 big dog. The big dog had abit of a smell to it not real bad just the normal dog smell and only could smell the dog when it was near you.
The location, not far from train station or town
On arrival the host was rude and abrupt not very welcoming. On the web site it said you can pay by card the owner said cash only!! We were given the room in the attic, was offered another room but that meant 2 in 1 room and 1 of us on our own (nothing like the photo on the web site to what I booked) the room was very small and cramped. The beds wanted throwing in the bin they were cheap and nasty. The shower was something dragged out of the 70's the shower door wouldn't stay shut the water was running boiling and cold not good when you have a young child standing in it. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay.. No wifi offered but stated it was included on the website false ADVERTISING..Would not recommend this b&b to anyone, if I was on my own would of walked out and found somewhere else.. Will not be returning.
Very friendly and cosy hotel :) would definetely recommend to anyone!
Breakfast were good and plentiful, Hotel was close to shops/ pubs.
no seating in room other than the beds, Very noisy at night from the street(not the hotels fault) coffee/sugar etc ! not filled up during our stay and bins were not emptied.
family room , seeps 6,
The entrance in to hotel.
The bedding was discusting, the quilt was dirty. They said they were friendly he hardly spoke, the one staff that he had was scruffy and very abrupt to one customer I found that very rude. I would not rate this place at all. On the door of the bar it said that the bar was open till 12 Saturday night and it was not, then he decided to open at 11pm and music was terribly loud.
Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Good location 2 mins from railway station and easy walking distance to the tower.Would stay there again.
I had no problems at all.
Value for money ideal central location breakfast good friendly homely b&b comfy bed will definitely be back soon.
had a brilliant time in blackpool ,the manager marcus was so helpfull ,will defo be back in the future .the peerless was very very clean, plenty of towels and plenty of hot water we felt we were at home. thanks again marcus for making us so welcome
Had a lovely night here with my 4 kids. Owners were lovely and so pleasant. Room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was brill. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be booking again
We had a short stay at peerless hotel we arrived early and we checked in as soon as we arrive we was greeted by friendly staff .. The staff did everything they could to help with ideas for things to do with the childern one of the childern being special needs and has medical issues which really help keep him involved with what we did ,all the childern were very happy staying here would go back breakfast was lovely ....
This b&b only in 2 mins walk from train station.
beds were very comfy and the breakfast was very good would stay again. thanks very much.
Nice clean rooms with lots of space
The owner said we didnt get breakfast as the room was so cheap i would not have booked this hotel with 3 young children if i knew breakfast wasn't included and my cofimey email stated full english breakfast!!! He also said he was closed ( 22nd july ) the day we arrived but the web site had still let us book so we felt abit uncomftable ( i also phoned before setting off from sheffield so he had a chance to say sorry im closed today) the web price was £62 when we paid the owner said it was £65 ( i know its only £3 but when i booked the price shown should be whats payable.... I wasn't happy by the end of our visit will never return
Room was just the right size, very friendly and helpful staff, location was spot on, only bad thing was with the weather the room got hot, but that can't be helped.
The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived which was lovely and clean and well maintained. The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the sea front and a short walk from the train station. We paid £85 for 2 nights for a family room and it was worth every penny! Great value for money and we got breakfast both mornings which was a great start to each day! Thank you :) Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was Fab!
the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast is excellent with good choice of food, the hotel bar is a reasonable price as well. The rooms are basic but clean! the location is good for all ages and what we was looking for in visit to Blackpool.
the beds could do with replacing (well just the mattress cause the springs was sticking out everywhere. and the bathrooms could do with a revamp
Owner lovely and extremely helpful. Breakfast tasty and plentiful
the hotel was very nice, clean , the staff was very polite would deffo stay there again :)
A great welcome from the owner and a fantastic overall atmosphere to the place. They were very family friendly, leaving a great impression on our children (aged 10-5)
nothing to be honest.
Good location, a bit off the main street and the main attractions (only 10 min walk to tower) but at the same time the street a bit quieter than the main street must be! No frills, decor etc outdated but good value for money. And great full English breakfast. Tip - ask for quietest room if quiet is what you want (but bear in mind you'll then have to walk four floors up and might not have a view). There's a bar downstairs so things can probably get a bit loud at night (didn't check). Tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Cold water tap didn't work properly apart from that all ok (as long as you're not expecting something flash, shiny new decor etc!). Bring your own toiletries as the hotel doesn't provide them.
Leavin the hotel
I didn like any of it,i was waiting for a while to be let into the hotel, door handle was missing/smelt awful/in the bedroom the single bed was broke and room smelt awful.i ended up leavin the same day i couldnt find the owner for a refund or to make a complaint.
Excellent place, great staff, value for money, definitely going back every year..
