Location with just 2 pubs with great food and beers and lovely views .
Our room was extremely hot No 112 and without any heating on, there is a fan in the room if you can put up with the fan noise, was very comfortable apart from that...oh yes the toilet seat was loose...
Breakfast was delicious, so much better than the carvery b|f so many hotels now provide. Spacious room with excellent shower. the view of the sea and the beautiful sunset. Lastly the very friendly efficient staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
nice friendly staff and good location.
did take an age to get served the breakfast.
very comfortable beds.clean andtidy room.very good complimentary tray.with a good selection of biscuits ,coffee ,teas.good shower..bathroom well equipped with towels.all very clean.panoramic sea views.
The food at the restaurant was brilliant, not expensive and very well presented. Nice to eat so well at such a reasonable price.
Breakfast good, and staff helplful.
T v in room not working properly. Bed not joined in line, bits sticking out catch your knee.
Convenient for Ramsgate Margate and Broad stairs, very clean, good breakfast.and friendly helpful staff.
The bed could have been a king size and the room a bit bigger ,as this was classed as an Executive Double. But OK for a few days break
Friendly staff. Terrific position. Tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome. Standard of cleanliness was excellent.
The twin beds were not very comfortable and tended to move around. The air was very stuffy, especially in the corridors.
Good Location, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Dated Interior. Bed too small and there was room for a larger bed.
Ease of access and parking Excellent breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Good pubs across the road with value for money meals Walks from the hotel
Mix up and confusion over our booking which entailed delayed access to our room after a long journey. Lisa on reception handled it very well overcoming a difficult situation
good large room clean nice décor, large modern bathroom all in all good
breakfast to expensive for toast and tea so had breakfast in town, needs to be different prices for what people want
Always a friendly welcome
Waste bin not emptied for 2 days
All the staff were really friendly and helpful
Pleasant place to stay -- car essentisl
Not clear that money tobe taken on booking!! Pillows too firm-- no options Not enough relax area to sit in hotel- or bedroom!!!
The hotel was nice, staff very friendly, regarding the cleanliness it was good as a general
The bedsheets has not been changed once during our stay, the rubbish not emptied, the room not hoovered, I would have expected a little better regarding the cleanliness of the bedroom.
Lovely place, confortable rooms, wonderful view of the bay from the dinning room.
We were there for a wedding - the young staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Despite being very busy, they had time for quick chats - and always with a smile!
Our double bed was comfortable, but really we felt it wasn't wide enough for our needs. A king size would have been better!
Always seem to have a "Room with a View" and always a pleasant and welcoming Reception.
People complaining about late night noise from a wedding as if there own weddings were held in total silence.
we were here all day as it was our daughters wedding. The staff were great, food was lovely, in all the service was fantastic. The room was lovely, clean nice TV lovely tea coffe and hot chocolate
Absolutely great place to stay would thoroughly recommend it
Ground floor room with parked car immediately outside the window. Window stuck couldn't get any fresh air!
The rooms were lovely and welcoming

We came to stay to see a friend who has moved to Broadstairs. Many years ago we used to stop at the Belle Vue pub with our two boys to have a drink after a day on the beach at Broadstairs. So I remembered The Pegwell Bay Hotel. We had a lovely stay last weekend and rekindled many memories so thank you.
There should be more outside space at the lady gray pub attached to the hotel. Having said that we enjoyed two splendid evening meals there!
