We liked the location, our room, the bar, the food, and the staff. The setting of the inn was wonderful. Although close to the street, in the back were gardens and a brook. It was only a short block or so walk to the center of Wilton.

The food was excellent

A really cosy room thoughtfully decorated with a useful sized en-suite shower room. Although the room overlooked the main road we were not disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfasts were excellent but the restaurant quite busy at Sunday lunchtime.

We arrived late at the hotel and were greeted by friendly staff. Our first impression was as though we we're arriving to stay with friends, rather than checking into a hotel. Very warm welcome. The room was better than we had expected. Ideal for families. The breakfast was wonderful. We decided on this hotel as we were looking for a hotel close to Stonehenge. Next time, we will come straight to the Hotel and stay longer and enjoy the surroundings.

we were given an early check in and access to the restaurant(which had not yet opened)....most welcome after a 30 hour transit. Overall the service and hotel exceeded all expectations. Thank you all.

If you are easily disturbed by road noise, request a room at the rear.

This area has been deliberately left blank as there was nothing to dislike or have a negative comment about.
John's smile and friendlyness. Waitresses were polite and the food was good. Well done chef on Sunday evening 19th April. Could not fault the room. On leaving we were told that John was the Manager, and we can see why, good choice owners of Pembroke Arms.

Our room "The Kings Bedchamber" was very comfy, the bed was one of the best i've ever slept in. The room had a Medieval feel to it with a lovely modern bathroom.

Pleasant clean room, very comfy bed, delicious evening evening meal and wide selection of choice for breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. A very pleasant stay.
16 March 2015
The bathroom was a little disappointing as it did not have a bath in even though it had more than enough space for one, for the price we paid for our stay I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom & room as I found shelves had not been cleaned and previous guests hair was on the floor, also under the bed had not been vacuumed in a while, (I discovered this when my daughter dropped her toy down the side of the bed) I did mention this to reception and they apologised but nothing else was offered which I was surprised at.
The hotel was lovely, the staff were great and overall we had a nice stay, our room was big and spacious.
