It was central for the prom and the centre of town the breakfast was first class lovely family run guest house very friendly will definitely go back
Value for money and close enough to facilities to enjoy a short walk but far enough away to be quiet.
Didnt like having to decide what I wanted for breakfast on arrival instead of being able to choose on the day and didn't like the set time for breakfast, felt like a school dinner hall waiting to be allowed in !! Would rather be able to come down at leisure even given an hour or 90 minute slot would be more flexible. Would have liked to be able to bring food in at night and eat on the premises but this was forbidden!
b&b very clean and well decorated, lovely owner, very helpful fixed the strap on my shoe when it broke just before going out. Lovely breakfast! Great location for night life which was the purpose of our trip. All in all great value for money.
The b&b has certain house rules that may not suit younger people eg no drinking alcohol in room or no takeaway in hotel. This was the only downside for us as we booked the hotel for the weekend to go out clubbing one night then spend the next day lounging in bed (as we don't get the chance with two young kids) and were looking forward to getting a takeaway the next day but had to go out for food instead which cost us more also. So may not be suited to people who are looking for a weekend of partying.
Cleanliness, comfort, staff and food.
Room a little small
Close to the town but far enough away to get a quite nights sleep.
Could of had a couple of extra towels. Showered before we went out at night, towels were still damp the next morning, no where to dry them.
We stayed at the hotel over Halloween weekend and it was very busy and noisy around the town at night. Fortunately, The Pembroke is far away enough not to be affected by this, yet close to the promenade, many attractions and the shopping area. The room was clean and well presented. A hearty breakfast was served each morning. The owners were thorough, attentive and helpful. Stayed October 2014, travelled with a friend.
All the silly and stupid rules
All aspects suited my purpose perfectly.
The location was ideal for me as it was close by to where my friends were staying.
The staff were strict, who made me feel like I was a child at times. This isn't a place I would recommend for young people definitely for the older generation.
The location was brilliant! Close to the north pier & blackpool tower. Close to the shopping center, pubs and resturants. Not far from the beach. Nice and quiet area.
Breakfast was lovely Bed very comfy like a cloud Great location Lovely couple running
Made to feel welcome the minute we arrived.Room clean and tidy.will use again
Nothing.place is faultless
good food ,comfy beds, clean, really nice place to stay
cant think of anything
The whole place wad lovely and clean and the owners were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was hot, fresh and served quickly and we were offered more toast and tea. No issues and would stay again.
friendly with polite service.Good and quiet location. Nicely furnished and clean.Near to train station and Promenade. Would recommend.
First class hotel, was made to feel very welcome, very close to prom and centre and also extremely clean
Everything was nice and clean The staff were very helpful and friendly Great location just off the sea front
GOOD LOCATION VERY CLEAN WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN
excellent clean room staff very polite and very helpful could not do enough for us so much have rebooked in october.
It was very comfortable and was made to feel welcome. Breakfast was nice but very small portions. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. There's a nice pub across the road. Its location is good very handy for the trams and the tower.
Didnt like the noise at night because there was alot of shouting outside at night due to the bed and breakfast opposite having large groups of young louts staying and being very noisy.
everything especially the landlord :-)
Bar wasn't open at all .
Very friendly owners
