Early breakfast/checking out times (10am after New Year's Eve, ouch!)

It was very central and suited our stay in Berkhamsted, especially it's liaison with Cafe Rouge. The staff member who served breakfast and took our payment was very helpful and friendly.

small but well run business, completely adequate for a week-end or business, but unsure if it would fill requiements for a long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Providing an earlier book in time to allow a change of clothes prior to a wedding. Would definitly use again.

Lack ofvisible signs as it is off the main road needed to ring for directions.

Convient location,on site secure free car parking, friendly staff, comfortable room and luxury of remote air conditioning. Tea & coffee facility and personal safe. Breakfast choice was accptable and concessionary hotel discount at the Cafe Rouge very acceptable.

Great difficulty locating hotel, the high street address is misleading, should be signposted to indicate at roundabout that entrance to hotel is within the Waitrose supermarket car park

was attending a wedding in the high street, so ideally situated with secure parking, good breakfast, friendly staff

It was right in the centre of town

The tv picture was bad. The water was slow and for my son who stayed in the next room, he had NO water at all.
