The room we had was very spacious unlike most places nowadays. The owners are very friendly and the hot breakfast was really good. Lots of choice. The room decor lacks the charme and character of the rest of the building, could do with more velvet and frills! |

Large comfortable room with a very good shower and bath. After a rain-sodden day we opted to stay in and ordered evening meals which were prepared to a high standard. Good choice of breakfast for discerning palates !! Recommended. |

We stayed for five nights at the Pilgrims Rest. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a wide choice in the breakfast menu, the food is tasty and prepared with care. The hosts are really friendly and helpfull. Great service. |

Beautiful big and clean room. Very nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Staff was very friendly. p.s. The pub accross the road serves a nice meal. |

This a homely, Bed and Breakfast with just a few rooms. Our room was modern, comfortable though not luxurious. The breakfast was hearty with plenty of choice. Evening meal was available on most nights and much was locally sourced. The hosts were friendly and helpful |

Denise and Gerard were friendly, helpful and knowleable about the locality. Tyhe room 2was large well decorated and the bathroom modern. Denise cooked us dinner which was excellent and included a vegetarian salad for my wife which was a sensation. |

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, could not be better.The breakfast was good apart from the poor selection and quality of the fruit. The driveway and car park were not welcoming,the reception area was poor and very cluttered ----first impressions matter.The fruit at breakfast was poor ---little selection. |
