No food served after 7.00pm on a sunday.
Exceptionally good home made foods, good menu choice. Friendly service
The Staff were friendly.
The staff prefered to talk to each other than serve customers
Warm and friendly atmosphere. Bedroom nice and clean. Food good.
Good selection at Breakfast from cereals to Full English, all nicely cooked. There is plenty to choose from on the evening menu from gourmet burgers and steaks, fish & chips and vegetarian. Real ales on tap were available and some good wines. Rooms are comfortable with good quality beds and linen. The hotel is in a good location for the museums at Iron Bridge and the Severn Valley Railway.
The noise of banging doors from the entrance to the bar noticeable in the rooms. The rooms have nowhere to hang your towels.
Nice quiet location but close enough to sites of interest. Staff very attentive but not overbearing. First class food. Great value for money. Would recommend the Plume to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.
We had an excellent meal in the evening and the breakfast was very good too.
Delicious dinner and very family friendly. Good hot drinks tray in the bedroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
No hand soap in the bathroom.
Location, easy access to much wenlock village ,
Waiting for 5 minutes for staff to attend to us, they knew we were waiting as somebody told them. Paying as soon as we walked through the door , not been shown our room bar staff girl just pointed and said keys in the door. Dusty lamp and cobwebs in light shade , dirty marks on valance sheets obviously had not been changed in a while. Pubic hair on bed sheet, Breakfast a joke. Kept having to go to main table to refill tea/coffee from a hot water urn . Tiny little tea cups. Had to use milk that was for cereals from main service table which was enormous for tea/coffee no small jugs on breakfast table .As we were on the ground floor our bedroom window opened on to the beer garden where there are picnic benches right outside window . Woken up at 6.30 by noisy residents above our room,
The pub was quaint. The evening meal was very good. Delicious food, excellent service.
The room was small, cold, noisy floor boards and you could hear the neighbouring room. The shower pressure was appalling, hardly foot wet. Breakfast service was slow and there was only one other person there at the time!!!
friendly staff lovely Pub nice garden
Hot rooms traffic noise when windows open on main road
helpful and friendly staff and quality of food
kitchin extractor outside window made a lot of noise but stopped when the kitchin closed so really only a problem for early sleepers. The postcode in the gps took us to the village not the hotel. I suggest the booking confirmation gives the coordinates to use instead of the postcode.

Help with luggage offered and accepted without my need to ask. Comfortable room. Lovely food with plenty of choice.
Great hotel. Comfy room. Great food in the bar. Breakfast was adequate also.
The only negative was that you couldn't check in between 3 and 5. Breakfast was a little slow arriving
Large airy bright rooms very clean, easy parking, good location Could be excellent with a little more trouble.
WiFi never worked, showers barely worked,no shaver point or hairdryer. Had to ask after 3 nights for the towels to be changed and was told they didn't usually change them?
Location good for touring, friendly staff, decent food, good value for money
Only being there 1 night
Service very good, nice location,
Noise from traffic when window is open at night in bedroom .
Excellent location and value for money. Inn is situated in lovely surroundings and the outdoor area is ideal for young children. Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were well cooked and very tasty! The family room was beautifully clean and the beds extremely comfortable.
The family room was a little on the small side but the positive elements outweighed this fact. Also found the quality of our only evening meal at the Inn a little disappointing.
Helpful staff, pleasant location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, wifi worked without problem, very good value for money. Good base to visit Much Wenlock, Ironbtridge, Shrewsbury
Nothing comes to mind
The staff were excellent and very well informed. The food was well presented, very tasty and of good proportions. There was a good selection and, Particularly for myself as I require a gluten free diet. The menu was appropriately labelled for those with particular diets.
Lack of a hairdryer in the bedroom ( for my wife!)
Rooms were basic but very comfortable, slept extremely well! Staff were lovely and very welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were lovely.
The food was excellent and the rooms were away from any noise from the pub/restaurant. Plenty of car parking and the staff were excellent.
I was travelling with two young children and the room contained a double bed and a single bed - not ideal. The wifi signal was also very poor in the room we were in. I was also briefly scalded in the shower when the cold water briefly stopped.
Great staff, good food & clean.
The only thing that let my stay down was the shower, it was way too hot and hardly came out of the shower head. I was going to say something whilst I was there but didn't want to come across as a moaner. Apart from that everything was tip top. Cheers :)
