Attitude of staff
Nice clran with friendly staff
No restaurant . Room wad cold and basic for 4*
the evening meal that I had was very good well prepared and very quick and friendly service . a nice simple room and the drink making facilities in the room were very good - a particular nice touch was the presence of a small teapot so that I could make a proper cup of tea - well done
a little hard to find in the dark and would warn any one pulling out of the car park to take care .
The welcome was friendly and informal which immediately put me at ease. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and breakfast had plenty of choice.
The WIFI dropped out every now and then.

Querky Quaint Nice Breakfast
Rooms really small No food after 9pm No food served else where in pubs after 9pm. Small dining room similar to a B&B To hot in the rooms No lifts - not advertised Advertised as a Hotel but it is a high end B&B
Great breakfast menu and a very friendly atmosphere. Could have happily stayed longer.
My separate bathroom was quite a bit of a distance further along the corridor.
Good breakfast Friendly welcome.
We expected a small bar but this was not a problem as there was a choice of pubs within walking distance. Compact shower.
Breakfast was particularly great. Nice choice of fresh fruit and fruit juices which was appreciated.
Parking was very difficult.
Everything breakfast was freshly cooked bed so comfortable and our dog made very welcome

This is one of the most welcoming hotels I have stayed at. Owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and wifi was good. The made to order included breakfast was excellent.
Bathroom too far away.
