Coming home No cold water running to hand basin in bathroom, no handle on window to open or shut all night with window open, blinds missing off window, tv not watchable. When staff was informed did not care. No apology or discount

Nice breakfast with excellent staff who were very accommodating. Bit noisy at weekend with the club downstairs but Wales had won the Rugby so fantastic atmosphere around the town

hard to call it a hotel by anyone's standards It was noisy at night, people hanging out smoking at front door, the shower was a dribble of cold water. altogether pretty awful place.

Free use of the gym as a guest. It was in a central location The bed was broke There was a limited choice for breakfast. Paying £60 for the room & breakfast, you would expect a full english.

Very pleasant staff and hotel in a central location . Excellent food at a reasonable price . Room and entire hotel clean and generally well mentained . Hotel a bit of a maze though well signed to navigate . Shower in our room did not work and was outdated , new showers would improve the hotel greatly . Noise a slight issue at weekends due to the disco .

Had no carpark, although the car park was close. Had to think about putting a ticket on the car between 08.00a.M. and 06.00p.M. The room was nice but we were disturbed in the night by banging doors and people shouting and making a row. from two til five in the morning.

It was convenient to the town and sea. We arrived tired from a day at The Eisteddfod weary and dustyWe were informed that our room was over a night club which went on until 2.30 in the morning.We asked to be moved and had another room over the barwhich was noisy. We went up for a shower and found no soap,,We had been informed that breakfast was continental but there were no croissants ,no pain au chocolat and no muesli.There was a do it yourself toaster with cheap bread.We asked for tea and were not given a pot but cups with a tea bag in.The hotel was shabby there was a stain on the duvet cover and stains on the bedroom carpet ,the paint was flaking on the bannisters ,not an experience to be repeated.

Location Breakfast was a little chaotic - it was as if they hadn't expected so many guests to come to breakfast. Everything kept running out.
