The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome
I could not get the free wifi to work
My husband was on a course so my sister and I thought we would do some xmas shopping. The hotel was chosen as it was near to fantastic shops and city itself. Hotel was comfortable friendly. Food was excellent in the restaurant lots if choice cooked to perfection. Very cosy atmosphere and happy staff.
There was a little noise from a function and we were told of this . So impressed with the hotel phoning me up to let me know. I had had that much wine I never noticed and went to sleep.
Load music at night Able to hear conversations and more !! from ajoining room. Gave up waiting for food at ajoining restaurent and breakast not up to much.
The bed (room 7) worst I've slept in. Couldnt move without the springs making noises, mattress flat, a most disrupted uncomfortable nights sleep. I was refunded £40 but this did not live up to your name (good night ? Inns)
Everything barring the temp of room.
Room was extremely cold. No control on heating. Curtains were moving with wind.
clanleness, bed ,staff service
Staff were helpful
Having to wait at the reception desk, ringing the bell, then after 20 minutes of waiting going through to the bar to get someone to book us in.
The room was spacious and comfortable, worm and clean, the hotel is not cheep usually, but I had a deal so it was good value for money. The restaurant downstairs is a good asset.
Size of room. Complaint dealt with well, full refund. Decent breakfast.
Bathroom window broken, musty smell. Kept awake all night by shouting from next room and along corridor - called emergency number - no response. No one on Reception to check out or deal with complaint. Very uncomfortable bed. Warm water for tea with breakfast.
Nice relaxing stay
Beds were uncomfortable
Good value for money but in comparison to other budget hotels it feels a bit out dated and in need of up dating!
The breakfast arrangements were old fashioned. Most hotels have buffet service. Also whilst eating staff decided to empty money from fruit machines which disturbed our conversation and meant breakfast was not enjoyable as the process was long and noisy!
The staff were very polite and helpful.
Location a bit out of town but didn't cause us much of a problem.
The location and the guy on reception when we arrived. Food was good value and good quality
Dirty plates not cleared away. Room had cobwebs! kept awake all night by strange knocking noise (from pipes we think). Staff on reception didn't even look up when we said goodbye and left our key.
Did not like that it was not just free wifi
Friendly staff from check in to check out, the rooms are really nice, and the restaurant and bar staff are great. The food and drink on offer is excellent, as was the waitress service. Breakfasts are highly recommended for the price and choice, also catering for vegetarians like myself. A great and relaxed atmosphere all round, and as I need to visit Lincoln every month, this my first choice every time.
Nothing negative about staying here :-)
The bed was very hard
Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The general appearance was nice.
That the bar wasn't open past 11pm on a Saturday night for even for guests. Noisy hot water pipes expanding and clicking all night. Kept us awake. Reception staff didn't even acknowledge us. To busy with mobile phone
the staff in the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and most helpful a credit to your company
The Bed was uncomfortable very hard. the shower curtain sticks to your body all the time its very annoying.
The friendly staff and a choice of nearby restaurants.
The staff are very friendly
the hotel and the rooms are beginning to get a little shabby and tired. It is miles from the centre of town
we stayed at the Pride of Lincoln, 14th Nov, everyone was Very Good. My only complaint is, in Rooms 18 & 20, there was a tapping the whole time we were there, it seemed to b coming from the wall between 18 & 20, my wife and I were in 20, and my sister, was in 18. When we left Sat morning 15th, there was no one to speak to. It was very annoying, and it made sleeping difficult. But we will stay there again.
Liked the hotel alot. Lovely big rooms. Spacious!!!
Bed was awful. Dipped badly in middle and base creaked no end. A very poor nights sleep.
Excellent welcome at reception. Clean and warm room. Good breakfast served by caring and considerate young lady
Bathroom was for disabled person. Shower was a bit awkward to control.
