“ Comfortable room, impressed with the free bed for 14 yr old daughter. When told it would be a fold up bed, was slightly worried but very sturdy, secure and comfortable. ”

The staff were great and the restaurant was terrific perfect place to relax after long days sightseeing. WE got a twin room and but I asked for a double all good though I was sick o it didnt matter I just needed somehwere to sleep.

the lady on reception very nice. there was a function on below us and the disco went on till midnight and it was horrendus and the windows wouldnt open for air,we wanted to cancell at 6 o clock when we arrived and was told of the function but was told we would loose our money so stayed.

Bed was comfy, the room was nicely decorated and the receptionist was nice. The carpet in the room didnt look like it had been hoovered, there was mud on the bathroom floor and the window didnt even open a little bit so the room was too hot while getting ready.

The room was a good size with very comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and were most apologetic about the disruption the current building works caused. The hotel is a long way from Lincoln centre and there is a very limited choice for eating around the hotel. We already knew this so this comment is for the benefit of others rather than a personal complaint. The hotel is currently being refurbished so the restaurant is out of action and the corridors are very dusty.

The food was fast The fact we got to are room and it was freezing due to the thermostat being broken, then got moved roons and again the thermostat was broken, this time it was too hot and myself and my partner got no sleep at all

The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. The facilities in the bar for residents was limited. Not allowed to sit in the eating area but forced to sit in the bar area which was full of contractors.

Facilities were fine and the stay was comfortable. I rang reception 5 times in the evening and was not responded to. The WIFI was not effective on either of the 2 computers I had with me. This was very disappointing.

Room was fantastic, reception staff we're very friendly Maids stood outside our room laughing and shouting at 9am, think they wanted to wake us up to get us out so they could clean our room, but if i'm paying for a room till 12:00 then i'm using it till 12:00, maids need to be more considerate to guests wanting a lay in and go about their business quietly

this is the first time i have stayed at the hotel my experience was one of sheer pleasure my friend and i were made to feel right at home the staff were friendly and very helpul at all times the rooms were exellent and so comfortable the facilities were excellent too we will be staying again very soon there was nothing to dislike

As always, very efficient & friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble.On my last stay I remarked about the long 'run-on' time of the bathroom extractor -in my room this time, there was NO run-on at all.Peace !! Slight sound-proofing issues between rooms.
