On the banks of the Avon River, Old Mill Hotel & Lodge has lovely gardens and stunning views of the countryside surrounding Bath. It is on a site that housed a flour mill until 1907.

Loved the super friendly and helpful staff, and the delicious breakfast. Thanks for having us
Location was a little far from Bath, but we knew that beforehand and had a car for transport
The prince of wales is 2.5 miles from the park and ride, ideally close after a day out. Room was comfortable and adequate. Very good full breakfast.
Bar,restaurant very quiet and a little unappealing.
Good hot breakfast, easy to get to park and ride
Whole place needs tlc especially the bathrooms
Damp bedsheets. Freezing cold everywhere (went to bed with clothes on) mould in bedroom walls. Holes in walls. Plaster coming off. Wallpaper peeling off. Holes in bathroom walls. Not open to non residents during the week we were the only ines there. Cleaner woke us with loud radio at 07.00hrs!!! Radiator noisey all night and was cold. Disgusting place.
Room lovely and warm comfy bed but in need of refurbishment
Breakfast was not warm was not freshly cooked
The breakfast. The bathroom
A few details in the decoration. The curtains in the room, poor. The china, plain.
Breakfast staff lady really cared about her work and food. Lovely approach !
Arrived just before 9pm so went straight to restaurant. Meal was basic pub fare and was OK. Breakfast was minimal but cooked well.
Room was small and had the smallest double bed I've ever slept in. Wallpaper was peeling off and ceiling had damp patches and mildew. Thankfully we had showered before we set off, because we looked in the shower cubicle and would not set foot in it never mind use it.
Room was very cold rad needed bleeding also checkin between 5 and 10pm
Location was ok, we were at the back, rooms at front may have traffic noise. Breakfast very good we ate dinner twice, all meals very good. would use it again.
Hotel décor tired, Room en-suite, very cramped, Wi-Fi didn't work in the the room, television limited channels.
The food is fantastic.
The bed was too soft but Im aware that thats a personal point of view not a complaint!
Room was small but was spotless bed comfy drank the real ale which was exellent
Only downside was pud was shut during the week when we stayed but open for residents
Breakfast and dinner really nice
The owners were great and very helpful. Stayed here many times.
The bathroom ceiling was suffering with a bit of damp but nothing that can't be fixed!
Difficult to gain entry and make contact. Facilities rather sparse. Not to good to have the laundry room next to your bedroom
We got to the venue and were flabbergasted by the state of the internal decoration and the state of the rooms. We received a call that our mother was critically ill and had been taken to hospital. We were told we had to pay and they would knock a fiver of for breakfast. She died today.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean with a good sized bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet even though it is next to a main road. The pub had a varied selection on the menu and the food was yummy and home made. The waitress was also very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was also very nice and served by a delightful lady who was eager to please.
Very happy with our stay, it was good value for the money paid We did have our own car which was good considering theication but I did see a bus stop near by that people could use to get to Bath city
the food was good quality & value
the rooms are cold damp and basic, the ensuite was mouldy and damp on the walls & ceiling.
Nice welcome, good breakfast, friendly service
Accommodation pretty basic, bathroom had a bath but no water forcing you to use the shower, very odd. Very noisy at night from guests leaving the bar late at night. Radiator only heated the first 6" the rest was stone cold. Wi-Fi only in bar area not in rooms. Over priced
Breakfast was excellent. Convenient bus stop for Bath right outside The Prince of Wales.
Rooms small with no chairs. Bathroom had full size bath but no plug or TAPS! could only use it as shower but no slip mat for bath even tho there was a notice saying how to use it! Toilet seat marked & chipped (could have been replaced at very little cost). Over the bed lights didn't work. Overall decor was tired.
The room was comfortable and clean. lovely views from our room. There was a bus stop just outside the pub which was ideal for getting to and from Bath.
Served it's purpose for an overnight stop
Room was tired!
The variation choices for food between the Fijian and English. This place is ok for short stay..!
The whole place could do with a complete repaint and certain areas of slight damp in some of the rooms need addressing along with upgrading, carpets etc.
location rooms were clean breakfast was very good.very quiet at night considering it was on a busy road
a few minor details would have enhanced the facilities, replace dead light bulbs cleaning front door paint work, but for the price it was fine
Basic but spotlessly clean with proper bathroom. First class full English with lovely service.
Room a bit plain but did what it said on the tin!
