Location was great. Drove down the road to the Park & Ride and catch bus into Bath for the day - very convenient. Top menu with fresh veggies cooked to perfection. Top staff.

Excellent food and relaxed atmosphere, we were not rushed during evening meal or breakfast. Comfortable beds, hot shower, spacious room.

Our rooms were clean, tidy and an ample size. There was a large free car park. We parked at a nearby park and drive and took the bus into Bath.

For the price nothing to complain about.

Really nice greeting, very friendly and flexible to our needs, we were in room 1 which was lovely and light. It is a pub so isn't the kind of thing you'd expect at a hotel, but the friendliness and general atmosphere was much better than cold hotel. Our friends stayed at travelodge and paid more and were very disappointed. Breakfast was great, and I'd definitely stay again if back in that part of the world.5

Food as always was very good and the room well equiped for a comfortable overnight stay.

THe whole entrance area for B&B guests is becoming very shabby and run down - could do with a lick of paint?

The staff were extremely helpful, the food well prepared and cooked very well, service very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The entrance could be cleaned up, old grasses got rid of and tubs of plants put in place.

Breakfast was very good. Room was good but shower wasn't particuarly good.Bed very comfortable.

Shower wasn't very clean.Smell on landing was unpleasant and smelt like a floral pray or similar was masking other smells .Not really anywhere comfortable to relaxin a lounge area. Felt ruished to vacate when at 5 mins before 10 asked to settle up at breakfast table..

This pub/B&B is in a very convenient location for visits to Bath

The breakfast - no fruit on offer; very limited choice of cereal; cooked breakfast fairly tasteless. Wallpaper peeling in the bedroom. Skirting boards in the bathroom very grubby.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar food was tasty and fresh.

Bar dated and needed a refurb. Although dining area spacious, clean and would be great for private functions.

Really friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, great breakfast. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel if you don't want to drive or take a taxi in to Bath city centre.

The hallways and communal areas could do with a bit of updating and a fresh coat of paint. It's quite a way from the centre of Bath.

Restaurant menu was first class, particularly the Filipino choices.

The Filipino food was excellent.

I wish there were a comfortable place to hang out. The pub is cold and needs a fireplace. The rooms are too small to spend a lot of time in, and there isn't too much else to do.

Bath in room which was disconnected ,sink full of hair ,room was small,when landlord was approached he couldnt see a problem and made o intention in rectifying the problems .We will not be recommending this B&B.

the young man overseeing the hotel / bar / and serving food was very friendly and excellent at his job.

We are sorry to say the prince of wales could do with a bit of tlc.The bathrooms need some attention.Breakfast was very nice but portion control was very noticeable!!!

Clean rooms with all amenities.

Didn't meet the owners. Young man that took us didn't offer to take my suitcase even though it was heavy. Choice for breakfast was cereal or full english- not given choice of eggs etc even though I then heard other guests being given options.

The staff were very welcoming, room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked to eat dinner there as the menu was varied with a Philippino menu as well. The breakfast was very good, my husband had the full English and I had the vegetarian equivalent.

The only thing that let it down was the bathroom. There's a small shelf above the sink which made it difficult to wash without bumping your head and getting water all over the floor

The staff were attentive, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and the breakfast was very good.

It's a little bit out of the way if you are staying in Bath, but perfect if you are going to the wedding venues at Priston Mill.
