Good value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet inside, not disturbance from other guests. I used this hotel to stay in during Download Festival in June so I didn't spend much time in the room. It is very close to Loughborough High Street and there is a cinema just around the corner. I only met one staff member who was polite and helpful and walked me to my room.

When I arrived I was told that the hotel had gone into administration after I had booked my room, therefore they didn't have my booking although I had the letter with me from Booking.com saying my booking was confirmed. Luckily the staff said they did have one room available so I was able to stay there. Apart from that everything else was fine.
