Price, location, staff very personable

Poor maintenance (particularly in bathroom, only one out of 4 down lights working, badly cracked floor tiles) noisy building, uncomfortable bed

Owner / Manager was superb. Upgraded me to 2 bed apartment for free Big reception/diner room 5mins walk to bars 5 mins walk to docks Recommend it

Bathroom - mirror only. Nowhere to put your stuff - and mirror mounted high . That's it

good value for money for group of 4

Good city location, great value for money and good facilities in the apartment - full working kitchen and bathroom.

Although we had booked for 3 people on arrival we had one twin room, this meant one person sleeping on the sofabed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Non double glazed windows also meant we were disturbed throughout the night.

No extra facilities were provided, for example shampoo or soap- for the amount of money I paid I would expect small toiletries to be provided. Had to be out by 11am on Sunday morning - 12 would be kinder!

Washing machine leaked.took time and getting up way too early to get it fixed

We booked this apartment because it was really cheap. It is very spacious with reasonable facilities.

The Internet did not work in the apartment. The parking is not onsite. It is a street away and is open air. But 6 pounds for a night is pretty cheap to park the car. Beware though, you must pick your car up by 8am or you have to pay for another day.

Location and bar on site,staff very helpful

Maintenance not up to date,ie loose toilet seats, kitchen unit door loose, heater had come away from wall,no lock on sitting room external door,missing sections of window blind,some walls/woodwork not yet painted in stairwell.

The apartments advertised for 6 people which it was a bit of squeeze, the lounge area there was only really seating for four people comfortably

No shower head above the bath, could be more practical

4 apartments booked for a group of 22. Excellent value. Extra bedding etc was brought up straight away when asked. Beautiful kitchen and living area, well furnished, comfy beds. Walking distance to everywhere.

We were greeted efficiently and professionally. Staff where lovely and very helpful. We had top floor apartment with great views. Clean and comfortable facilities.

The Staff was very friendly. The bathroom was quite luxury.

Unclean, untidy and if this was the penthouse I dread to think about the rest. There are some really good apartment hotels in the market this is not one of them.

Bathroom floor needs redoing as its cracked

No staff available over night and very hefty deposit.

Member of staff was great, friendly and nothing to much trouble. Missing a few cooking items but he got them right away when asked.

No staff or contact number in the night. Was suppose to be anti party building but was awoke at 2.30 till 6.00, while the neighbours partied. Not good with young children.

Great value for money excellent location for clubs/pubs
