The location: beautiful priory just next door, small village very close to Inverness and a lot of wonderful sites and countryside. It was impossible to get internet. We were told it was because we had Macs and not PCs... The beds were not really comfortable. The restaurant was the most awful we ever had in Scotland (and anywhere else). The dinner was not good at all and the breakfast was even worse: jam, sausages, black pudding and bacon of the cheapest kind. It was so bad that, for the second day, we went to another hotel nearby, even though the breakfast was included in the price of the room.

For the price, we found the Priory Hotel to be very good value. Charming Staff and the open plan area downstairs offered something for everyone. There is a lively public bar out the back. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The bedrooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Recommended.

The Priory is nice, friendly and good value. Beauly is nice and it's a good base for visiting the local area. The service was excellent. The room was a bit tired and shower was not good. Lacks a bar area that isn't also a local pub.

Comfortable hotel with bright friendly staff who were willing to help in any way that was required. Meals were excellent and surroundings spotlessly clean. Our stay was very comfortable. Thankyou Found the room rather cold at night, but we did not have the heating turned up, which was our own fault. Sorted the problem the second night

The staff was wonderful! The manager booked our Ferry to the Isle of Skye for us and his service desk staff gave us directions and maps to help us with our hikes. Very quiet location to sleep and get off the trail for a day/night. The very large bathtubs were an added extra!

Friendly staff in a great location for activities in and around Beauly. Nice breakfast with really good choice, not just your usual buffet type arrangement. No night porter. Don't accidently lock yourself out your room at night, you might have to sleep on the stairs!!

Good sized rooms and location. Nice new restaurant area. Food was hit and miss, cooked breakfast a big disappointment, worst ive ever had and i have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. If we stay there again we will eat elsewhere.

Lovely accommodation. Lovely breakfasts set you up for days exploring. Lovely staff. Ate in restaurant only once but was very good. Cosy evening atmosphere. Locking hotel doors at ll p.m. is rather early we think. And if you did not see sign at reception about obtaining pass key - you are in trouble. like we were. Probably good idea to put pass key on room key ring leave info in room to explain which door will be open.Thats our only winge.Never happened to us before.
