The staff was wonderful! The manager booked our Ferry to the Isle of Skye for us and his service desk staff gave us directions and maps to help us with our hikes. Very quiet location to sleep and get off the trail for a day/night. The very large bathtubs were an added extra!

Friendly staff in a great location for activities in and around Beauly. Nice breakfast with really good choice, not just your usual buffet type arrangement. No night porter. Don't accidently lock yourself out your room at night, you might have to sleep on the stairs!!

Good sized rooms and location. Nice new restaurant area. Food was hit and miss, cooked breakfast a big disappointment, worst ive ever had and i have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. If we stay there again we will eat elsewhere.

Lovely accommodation. Lovely breakfasts set you up for days exploring. Lovely staff. Ate in restaurant only once but was very good. Cosy evening atmosphere. Locking hotel doors at ll p.m. is rather early we think. And if you did not see sign at reception about obtaining pass key - you are in trouble. like we were. Probably good idea to put pass key on room key ring leave info in room to explain which door will be open.Thats our only winge.Never happened to us before.

That the staff arranged for us to have a late meal because our travel plans were delayed. It has a relaxing atmosphere and nice setting by the river to go for a walk; very convenient when travelling with dogs!

The hotel has a very relaxed, casual but professional way of dealing with guests and does not impose a multitude of rules aprrt from the obvious ones associated with fire regulations etc.. The menu at this time of year is not extensive but is well prepared and presented by the efficient waiting staff. I would also say that the new restaurant is pleasant and much lighter and brighter than the previous one. Check out when leaving is efficient and swift.

Vi hade valt ett superior dubbelrum som låg åt bakgården till, kanske inte den bästa utsikten men för oss var det helt okey. Rummet var rent och utrustat med ett stort badrum med stort badkar och duschplats. Maten var god och väl tillagad. Om man vill bo I Beauly kan vi varmt rekomndera detta hotel.
