The room was excellent and the view from the room was fantastic.The proprietors were friendly and helpful.Food was at a good standard.The hotel was very clean. The stairs as there was no lift.But I was aware of his before I booked It wouldn't stop me from booking again.

good breakfast, very pleasant proprieter. nothing really, but i like soap in the shower not liquid! a lot of dog dirt on bridlington pavements.

Mr & Mrs Abbott made us feel very welcome, they were very friendly and we were supplied with excellent facilities and a lovely cooked breakfast. we would not hesitate stopping there again. Did not have any problems at all.

owners very friendly, nice cosy room well decorated plenty of storage space. bathroom was clean and modern. the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. there is a small carpark but it wasn't a problem as there is plenty of space on the road outside and the owner gave us a permit to use during our stay. it is located a 15 minute walk from the harbour and 200 yards from the beach. the only comment we would have is thet we found that the mattress was too soft but that is our choice.
