Being near the seaside. The expensive breakfast! Bit of a hike to the town centre. |

It's proximity to both the shops and seafront, and a nice pool/spa to relax in at the end of the day. |

Room was clean, tidy & comfortable but a little outdated decor. Two Xmas parties in the ground floor conference rooms had music so loud we could hear it on the thrid floor until 1 in the morning. Not exactly a relaxing stay when I had a conference to attend the following day. |

The location was perfect, the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and chatty. I couldn't fault the breakfast, the chef who served us was superb. Th rooms were a little shabby, ripped net curtain, mould on the walls, shower holder broken, broken heat control knob on towel rail, carpets stained. |

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was also good The breakfast was disappointing in that breakfast time was 07-30 to 09-30. Food appeared to be cooked and placed in food rescepticles but by 08-30 someof the items were cool and not appetising |

Smart, comfortable public rooms, attentive staff, good cooked breakfast, clean bedroom, value for money. No lift (to our room), limited parking (though we did find a space), somewhat shabby bedroom in need of updating, inadequate central heating (for a cool December night), no dinner available in the main restaurant (because a function was taking place). |

Helpful staff and hassle free stay. Good value when you include the swimming pool and gym facilities. Tasty breakfast and good value evening meals. Plenty of parking. It's getting old, dated and a bit tired. There are exposed central heating pipes all over the building and this explains previous comments about it being very warm. The window was open and the (supplied) fan was on whenever we were in the room. Only five TV channels. Budget freebie toiletries. 80% of the window was taken up by a fire exit. Artificiality softened water in the rooms makes showering a bit slimy and unsuitable for drinking. However, it's not a bad place, just not prefect and showing it's age. |

We were very comfortable but the room was somewhat shabby, example toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The staff were very nice and the food was very good. One evening we had some offensive guests in the bar using bad language (I think they were drunk) but the staff were aware of the situation and were trying to handle it as tactfully as possible. Otherwise all good. Thankyou. |

The staff were very firendly apart from the restaurant staff, and the room was very large. The hotel was very old fashioned, the hallways and rooms could do with a refurbishment. |
