Small bedroom Dated bathroom Dirty glasses in bathroom and bedroom Floor in bathroom dirty
Key for the front door didn't work so had to stand outside knocking on the door ringing the phone number given for about an hour before another couple staying happened to be coming back and let us in
Taking the payment on checkout Staff friendly Very good breakfast
Parking was stated as self parking in their own zones but no mention of additional cost. There was use of public car parking, directly across the road from the Queens Court Hotel, but needed to pay prior to 8am the following morning as per additional length of stay.
dinner in restaurant not as good as anticipated
Fab bed, lovely breakfasts with plenty of choices, friendly and obliging staff
Great good-value hotel, good breakfast hot shower, it even has a pool and sauna ! The staff were great.
I was on the top floor near the lift and could heAR IT MOVING.
Website states ample carpaking however due to other accommodation in area parking almost impossible
Interactions with staff was fine.
Room was pokey, Tall people would had problems we were cramped in the eves of what was a badly done loft conversion. Luckily we were only staying one night. Bathroom let down by mould on tile grouting.
Location of hotel & friendly & helpful staff
Parking can be an issue. In this day & age there should be free internet connection in bedrooms
We stayed there for two nights over the weekend. The hotel is centrally located which makes a perfect base for exploring the sights of Exeter. Beautiful old building with a lot of character.
Excellent breakfast, free wi-fi
I burnt my finger on one of the reading lamps. reception were able to provide some burns gel which relieved the pain.
Location is excellent, fantastic breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.
Room small but a great big bathroom.
The breakfast, plenty of choice, tasted delicious and beautifully presented
Our room was on the 3rd floor. There were no lights on the stairs in the hours of darkness. The floor in the bedroom was uneven due to the age of the property but this resulted in the bed being on a slant which made it quite precarious to turn over and I had to be careful so as not to roll off the edge of the bed.
broken shower in bedroom
Very stylish hotel for money
I think wi fi could be free in room
Excellent for walking into city. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Friendly serving staff.
Found champagne cork under bedroom chair from previous occupants - so how thorough was cleaning?

Olive Tree Restaurant - good food and pleasant staff - reasonable wine list
slope in bedroom floor - somewhat quaint!
Nice people, beautiful location in Exeter, nice restaurant and entrance design.
Old carpets that don't look very hygenic... Badly isolated windows..
Close proximity to the university The a la carte breakfast Friendliness of staff Helpfulness of reception staff Size of room and bathroom Would def return and recommend
We were in the loft so the roof beams are a little low when manoeuvring around the bed No lift to the third floor as it stops at second so heavy bags needed to be carried up the last bit
