My stay was made very enjoyable by the friendliness and kindness of the staff - nothing was too much trouble. |

The can do attitude of the Lady Hotel Manager and friendliness of the staff. Very good breakfast. Whilst the hotel rooms were clean there were very evident signs of what we could only define as faded/fading glory! There is also a very severe noise problem from the bars owned by the hotel company which must be addressed as a matter of urgency. Unless changes are made by the owners we will not stay at the Queen's Head Hotel unless we have no other acceptable choice. |

expected some noise from the downstairs disco, it wasn't too bad. But the unexceptable noise from people outside smoking, talking, shouting, laughing kept us awake until 2.a.m. has to be addressed as i can't believe any one could sleep though that. |

Staff extremely helpful. Very good rooms and good value for money. Parking at the back of the hotel. Hotel is situated in the middle of town centre, so very easy to access pubs and restaurants. |

The staff were friendly and room comfortable. It was conveniently located for my business. There was no room service available and very limited parking. I thought it was expensive for the standard of hotel compared to others I've used. |
