The hotel looks very stylish, had off street parking, and a good choice of food and drink at reasonable prices. We could''nt stay in the bar as there were about fifteen men shouting and swearing at the top of there voices. There was very loud music until 1 oclock in the morning. We phoned reception and it stopped instantly, but we were woken evry 15minuites or so by shouting outside our window.( To be fair I think outside the party season and mid week it would be fine. |

Very nice, comfortable room, but a little noisy, overlooking the busy a9. The dinner was very good, service quick and friendly. Breakfast was very poor, mainly through insufficient staffing levels - it took us one hour to be served!!! |

The bath room was nice A door stop was broken off and lying on the floor behind the door. The TV on the wall was squint. The black carpet looked dirty or dusty at the edges. On the website it said spa bath. Our room didn't have that one. We asked for a morning paper and didn't get one. There wasn't enough lighting in the room - it was very dim. |

pleasant staff and excellent breakfast on the first day. first suite was a bit shabby and when we complained we were immediately moved to a penthouse suite. Ok so some of the lights there did not work but the general service was excellent. Smell from inhouse butchers did work its way up from basement to the lift. |

First time in Bridge of Allan and hopefully not my last. Hotel was easy to find. Relaxing and within reach of a visit to Stirling. Food was very good. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy a Spa bath - I could not get the spa to work. |
