I liked the location and that it is a relatively new hotel. It's also within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. Nice room Limited Parking, Did not seem to be a bar |

Easy to find and good location for shopping or sightseeing. Lovely views over the river from the bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just felt a little worn in places |

The hotel was partially flooded when we arrived. Staff were very helpful. We had a comfortable stay in one of the hotel's apartments in Fetter Lane offered to us for our peace of mind. It was very comfortable and we would consider coming again to one of these apartments for another break in the New Year. We gave a wrong telephone number so the hotel could not reach us to warn us of the flood situation. We felt the hotel could have emailed us instead as this information as given to them. |

Convenient for the city. Clean and friendly. Spacious rooms. Overall very good A tray would have been useful to get breakfast. Had to made several trips to the buffet. The tea was awful. Not much choice in the resturant in the evening. |

A little more attention to detail with room servicing, such as, the soap dispenser was missing over the basin & the underside of the plug was covered in grunge. |

We thought the hotel was ideally situated close to the town centre. The rooms were clean. It was excellent value for the money we paid per night. The decor was a bit tired and could do with updating. |
