I liked the location and that it is a relatively new hotel. It's also within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. Nice room Limited Parking, Did not seem to be a bar |

The hotel was verycentral amthe staff very helpful will be going ahain The only problem we had was we were put in a smoking room so had to get some air freshner. next time I will requst none smoking as I thought they all were |

Easy to find and good location for shopping or sightseeing. Lovely views over the river from the bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just felt a little worn in places |

The hotel was partially flooded when we arrived. Staff were very helpful. We had a comfortable stay in one of the hotel's apartments in Fetter Lane offered to us for our peace of mind. It was very comfortable and we would consider coming again to one of these apartments for another break in the New Year. We gave a wrong telephone number so the hotel could not reach us to warn us of the flood situation. We felt the hotel could have emailed us instead as this information as given to them. |
