Angenehme Atmosphäre, klassisch-englischer Stil. Hebt sich wohltuend von den immergleichen Hotelketten ab.

Schallisolierung der Fenster entspricht nicht modernem Standard. Badeinrichtung etwas altmodisch.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, ohne Lärm, für englische Verhältnisse gut. Grosses Bad, guter Ausblick.

Habe über Internet gebucht mit Frühstück, sollte vor Ort aber extra nochmal dafür zahlen.Eincheckfehler der Mitarbeiter.Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen.

The attention to detail,by staff to customers,the look and feel of everything.I Grew up in leeds wanting to stay there and it did not dissapoint.excellent in every way and great value for money in our room and stay. Thank you! It felt much more than 'standard'to us!

No complaints-wonderful!

I have stayed at the Queens a number of times now and I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and has character, much better than the more modern options available. The dining room is pleasant and unusually for an in house restaurant our dinner was excellent, as was breakfast.

It is unfortunate that the windows in the bedroom don't open. Although the room was air-conditioned there is nothing that can compete with fresh air.

it is majestic and roomy

Good concierge service. They will park your car for you. There is a charge for parking though.

Bed was very comfortable. Was there for work's new year ball - the food was excellent, especially the beef, and especially for that sort of mass catering.

We had a fabulous time, from when we arrived to when we left. The check in was very smooth, there was valet parking, which saved us the trouble of transporting our luggage from the car park. The hotel is decorated in the Art Deco style and is lovely, the staff are very warm and friendly. We upgraded to a superior room, which was large and tastefully decorated with a huge, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very relaxed and although it was a buffet the staff were clearing tables very quickly so there was none of the usual waiting for tables. The hotel couldn't be more central is only minutes from shops , bars and restaurants. Excellent!

Most important: the room was quiet.The tv was in full working order - the first hotel I have ever stayed at where all the channels and radio were operating. Nice big cup to make tea in. Breakfast excellent; plenty of fruit, cereals and toast for anyone who doesn't want cooked breakfast.

The good central position involves crossing very busy roads to get to shopping areas.

The staff were well trained and friendly.

The decor is outdated and needs to be overhauled. The price of drinks in the bar was unreasonably high. The lighting in our room was poor - either very bright that it hurt your eyes, or very dull that you couldn't really see.

Very large & comfy bed. Good shower.

The coffee at breakfast was awful. The service at afternoon tea was poor - slow (although staff friendly). Afternoon tea was advertised but this was served in the rather scruffy bar on a tatty table with no table cloth, cheap metal tea pots and dry scones. Not good. Otherwise the hotel was great for the price.

The Hotel is (was) in an excelent position for going to see a band at the Wardrobe (st Peters sq) we had an excelent nightand were suprised at how quiet the hotel was bieng in the city centre
