Good location

Room was cold and noise levels from the street and club opposite could be heard into the early hours of the morning.

Excellent Location close to the Train Station, Car Parks & Shops. We were given a free upgrade on arrival and although there were no parking spaces left at the hotel the staff directed us to a multi storey car park 5 mins walk from the Hotel which was ideal and one I would use for future visits to Leeds.

Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Room clean with tea/coffee making facilities and plenty tea and coffee supplied. Ease of parking and ability to leave car and bags for a few hours after check out to do shopping trip.

The pillows are hard !

The bathroom was amazing, instant hot water, bath took about 2 minutes to fill up and was really big! Shower was extremely powerful! The complimentary toiletries were of very high quality as were the bottles of water. We paid for the superior room so had complimentary bath robes and the water, however there was only one bath robe and there was 2 of us. The bed was massive and so comfy I forgot I was even sharing it when I woke up, flat screen tv with lots of channels and the room in general was lovely especially the view out onto the city square.

Only query really was one of the lights over the bed wasnt working ( nothing to complain about really), check in was a little hetic, wasnt sure what desk we needed to be at but it was new years eve at a busy time so was calm to what we though it'd be for a hotel that size.

Very central location, next to transport links

The room was set up for one person despite being booked for two. The maid knocked on the door and entered in the morning while we were still in bed and there was an alarm going off for most of the night.

The hotel is stunning to look at from the outside andeven more stunning on the inside . I booked the superior room and was the best hotel room I have stayed in .the staff and room service was excellent for newyears eve . I would definatley stay in this hotel again .
