First and foremost I was made very welcome by the couple running the Guest House - You really can't beat service like that. The room I stayed in was very light, airy and well furnished. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from town, the Guest House is in a great location in Falmouth...Oh, if that doesn't tempt you, the Full English Breakfast certainly will - Absolutely superb (including fantastic mushrooms and cracking sausage plus a choice on how you like your eggs in the morning - Fried, Scrambled, Poached or Boiled) - A Guest House to be recommended |

Good view from my bedroom window. Midway between old town and castle, not far from the station. Don't miss the home made jam at breakfast. No evening meal available so I had to go out in the pouring rain. |

Friendliness of the owners , the fact that I was upgraded from a single to a double room . The nice view over Falmouth , nearness to the sea front. The fact that breakfast was not available until 8:00 a.m. not ideal for a business traveller like myself . |

we particularly like the fact that this hotel is convenient for the beaches, countryside and town facilities. the breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. the room was nicely decorated. i think the bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. in particular the shower is not up to modern standards |

Very pleasant and warm host, made to feel welcome. Room was lovely and decorated/furnished to high standard. Multiple information packs in room. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Excellent free wi-fi internet connection. 5 min walk from town centre. Very nice breakfast. Only problem is that parking is a bit tight. Otherwise nothing wrong at all. |

Great location, very clean, staff very helpful, off street parking, easy to find We had a twin room but it wasnt en-suite, our bathroom was across the corridor. This wasnt made clear on the booking - very disappointed. All the booking said was private toilet and shower - so I naturally presumed that it meant en suite. |

Was all wonderful. Only drawback was my work booking me into a single room with no ensuite. But for what it was, lovely. I couldn't get the TV in my room to work, not sure it was plugged in behind cupboard. But having free WiFi was fantastic. |

Beds were vey comfortable and breakfast good. Breakfast room too cramped. Uht milk in rooms for tea/coffee - fresh milk is available in similar cartons which with good stock control would be much better. |

Quiet, good location within the town and good breakfast. Clean and tidy. Parking a bit tight and booking in hours quite restrictive for us. |

the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners who went out of their way to go that little bit further. For example, checking for traffic jams and alternative routes home, suggestions on where to go in the rain and making their home feel like your home. A wonderful couple who make everyone feel welcome. There was nothing i didn't like but what would have added to my stay would have been a little patio area where i could sit and read with a cup of coffee as my husband was ill on holiday and i didn't want to sit in a cafe in town on my own. Just a suggestion - don't know if it could be possible. |

The bedrooom was recently re-furbished to a high standard. Good sized room with a super-king bed. The owner was very informative about local restaurants, facilities and places to visit etc. Although service was very good the breakfast wasn't - especially the mushrooms and sausage. |
