The location is wonderful, rural but not far from Hay on Wye. The rooms are delightful. Lively decor, warm and inviting. Food is fantastic - first class. Nice touches with the handmade chocolates on arrival with tea/ coffee and warm oat cookies at breakfast. Lovely couple. Totally committed to high quality and organic ethos.

The warmth and friendliness of the owners. There attention to detail. Supreme comfort. Beautiful location. Good food.

While the location was very special for the views we had to use our car to go out at night to eat somewhere. The roads are very narrow and the weather was atrocious at the time we stayed there.

This is definitely a luxury B & B: room very comfortable and spacious; owners, Juliette and Neal, friendly and helpful; delicious food; stunning views; quiet and peaceful. No TV or radio in the room, but that turned out to be another plus.

    Absolutely no complaints.

We had a warm welcome by the friendly owners who served us tea and home made refreshment on arrival (and also every time we arrived back after a trip out.) The views at the back of the property were stunning. The bedroom and spacious shower room were clean and comfortable and the organic breakfasts were delicious.

All wonderful. Clean, well designed, peaceful, amazing food, lovely hosts, beautiful place, views, walks, incredible bathrooms, good showers, good beds, great library, great coffee, all dietary requirements covered; even a lovely and well behaved dog.

Only slight quible was the dimness of the bedside lights, but this is such a tiny thing in an otherwise perfect B & B that I hardly like to mention it.

The Red Kite is a welcoming, peaceful, friendly place to stay. The food, facilities and service were all lovely. Juliette and Neal were always helpful and attentive, but not intrusive. The biscuits and Madelaines were delicious, an inspiration for me to start baking !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable and luxurious B&B. Neil & Juilette made us very welcome and couldn't do enough to ensure we were comfortable. Views from the house over the Black Mountains are stunning. Very peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this accomodation at any time through year.

Very comfortable room, delightful bathroom, spolendid lounge and decor, excellent breakfasts, the quiet-peace of the location, the view from my room over the fields and to the far grey-purpose, hazy hills. Warm, supportive hostess and host - beautiful Pointer.

    Nothing not to like

Everything. As I said on arrival 'I thought I had died and gone to heaven', the B&B was situated in my dream location and the style of décor etc - just perfect. The food was delicious too. I would love to come back and stay longer. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and kind.

Everything was very good. We cannot fault it.

There is nothing that we didn`t like but we would have liked a good reading light when in bed(being a mature couple!!)

The attention to detail and care provided. The room and en-suite so comfortable and spotless. All food worthy of Michelin star status (just sample the Madeleines). We spent three fantastic nights there, and if they were not fully booked, would have liked to have extended our stay.

Nothing. Best accommodation of its type we have had the pleasure of visiting.
