Everything was spot on. Couldn’t ask for a better place. The facilities was bang on me and my partner absolutely loved it and we will be back at some point this year everything was clean and tidy as we arrived. Hygiene was excellent The projector outside was a good touch. The sauna was brilliant. Hot tub was brilliant too could not fault it in a slightest best place ever been to keep up the good work guys. 👍🏻

It was everything that we needed. Very quiet location. All amenities that we required. Great private parking. Some hidden extras like tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival. Lovely shower and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Two great pubs in the village. You need a car to get out and about which we were fine with as getting to Arnside were we walk would have been difficult by bus although you could get to Lancaster.

Small town but had a lovely book store ( new and second hand) and lots of choice of catergories.I stayed at Royal Station Hotel which provided basic and clean accommodation for the night. I personally wanted to go to Carnforth to visit the Heritage centre and watch the film Brief Encounter as it was filmed at the Carnforth railway station. The Refreshment room had good choices for lunch. You can also take a train through the edge of The Yorkshire Dales from there.

a really easy place to travel around & if you want explore different places there is a massive selection within easy reach we liked the whole place in general & the venue of pine lake resort is a top draw place of beauty

Lovely modern cottage.
Lovely modern cottage. It’s kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot. Quiet location even though it’s near to a motorway. Lovely walk along the canal and a pub on the doorstep. What’s not to like.

Nice little town with historic sites.
Nice little town with historic sites. Highly recommend the Royal Station Hotel for food. It looks a little dowdy on the outside but the fact you have to reserve a table tells you everything you need to know about the quality of the food and the lovely staff.

Carnforth is a a nice place, we had lunch at the station before arrival and it was lovely and well priced, we didn’t do much else in carnforth but he surrounding areas of wonderland retreats was lovely, and all the trees really made us feel like we were in our own little world.LucyUnited Kingdom

Views incredible. Right on the marina edge. Spent Saturday walking at nearby levens Hall. Saturday night booked a table at the longlands hotel. Food and service excellent and to top it off fireworks. Excellent facilities at Tewitfield and we are booking a few more trips for this year and next. My new go to place for a cheeky weekend away catching up with the ladies.

Books and board games are on the shelf， children will have a good time in the evening after one day's trip outside. Only half an hour's drive to Windermere which is the centre of the lake district, in addition the Devil's bridge is nearby. It only takes about 15 minutes to drive to the nearest supermarket in Kirkby Lonsdale. In short, it's a good place for family to stay.

We had cooked breakfasts for our 3 day stay which were freshly cooked and made with top quality ingredients. Plenty of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, juices etc available too. Spacious refurbed bedroom with fabulous en suite walk-in shower! Great location right next to railway station, bus stops and shops. We would definitely stay here again when we return to this area.

She made a lovely cooked breakfast and could not do enough for us. The value was very reasonable too.
