Facilities and staff all lovely, very friendly an relaxed place, would happily go again to stay.

The location is excellent for the NEC/LG Arena. Mini bus to and from any concerts. Accomodation is good. We stayed in converted garage in two twin rooms. Excellent facilities. There is a varied breakfast, ranging from cereals, toast and a fabulous full english. All prompty made. Sollihull shopping is very close and brilliant. Torchwood shopping centre was very suprising

Left the lamps on for our return from the concert and on arriving back, they had been turned off and radiator turned down, which meant the staff would of had to of been in our rooms. When we arrived we were part of a group and wanted to pay individually some cash some card, but this proved a bit too confusing for staff, which was awkward as they have a card machine. Also during this time, they mentioned breakfast would be at half past 8, and if we could be out of the room asap afterwards would help them clean for the following day!! Check out was 10am, and we stayed until this time as specified in the rooms. Also if going to The Boat Inn as recommended, please note it is very busy on a Sunday, however The Lazy Cow in Solihull is a must! These comments are only constructive critism. This place is lovely clean and friendly, and cannot fault it really.

Thought the fact of staying in a room seperate to the main house in what I describe as a pod was excellent and also gave a sense of privacy too. The owner took us to our concert and picked us up again from the venue which was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent too. Would defiantly go back again and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

The rooms were warm comfortable and well equipped, the owners were very friendly, the breakfast was a monster breakfast that kept us going all day, we had a free taxi service to and from the station to go shopping, also a free taxi ride to the Lg Arena and a free return back at 11.00pm

Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Free service to & from international airport station & to our evening venue. Quiet rural location but close to airport & station. Clean comfortable accomodation. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Rooms well appointed, comfortable. Degree of independence very good, we could come and go as we please without disturbing owners. Breakfast was excellent. Well cooked and ample portions.

I really is a ideal place, the cabins you stay in are really cool. And the owners are such a nice couple, who really could not do enough for a pleasant stay. And dropping us of at the nec "and" Collecting us as well was a great delight and the full English, wow, never seen a full English as big as that before, mm mmm. We will book again, the location is great Startford Upon Avon and Warwich both stones throw away and Birmingham, is few miles away.

My stay was not long enough.

My friend and I stayed here to attend a concert at the lg Arena, we were made to feel very welcome and were taken by minibus to the pub for dinner then picked up and taken to the arena. After the show we were again picked up and taken back to the b & b - all at no extra cost!! The following morning, after the mammoth breakfast, we were again given a lift to the train station. I would highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely been returning. Thank you so much.

aircraft noise

- Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting the nec which is a ten minute drive away if that... Very handy. - A lovely warm welcome awaited us from the hosts. - Room was in the garden which was gorgeous, they have spent a lot of money and it shows. - The bed was very comfy, had a great nights sleep. - Breakfast was delicious and a massive portion- hubby finished mine off! - Will go back x

- The only point I have is, on the website it states' there is a big steak pub 5 minutes away'. We took it to meaning 5mins walk not 5mins drive. It is a couple of miles away. I know its a bit petty but we were thinking we could walk there and back in 10mins

Ideal location for visiting N.E.C. Excellent service right to N.E.C. doorstep and picked up within 10mins of phoning up. Lovely decorated private room in grounds, a little small but ideal for the time you spend in them. Great eating places within a short drive from The Redlands. The most amazing breakfast we've had in a very long time, all freshly made and beautifully presented in lovely dining room overlooking garden. Highly recommended

Very close to Birmingham Airport, didn't bother us but may bother some people. No noise at night though.

We had a lovely stay. Yvonne and Phil couldn't be more helpful. Phil dropped us off and picked us up from the nec 4 times. We just had to ring when we were ready. Rooms were fab, garden was lush, breakfast was vast. Much recommended.

Very friendly welcome and excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for Phil and Yvonne they made us feel very welcome.
