Excellent facilities. Very comfortable large room. Very nice food. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Upon arrival, the host made us fresh plunger coffee and gave us cake.

Excellent hotel with great levels of customer service. Would recommend this hotel strongly.

It was flawless. The bar in the basement was great, nicest bar we went in all night! Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet in the rooms, and the facilities we're second to none. The breakfast was very good, great choice and plenty of it. The staff we're great, very polite, and attentive. All in all its a great place to stay.

Really friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, gorgeous room

Ursula and her family are super hosts and made us feel really welcome. We arrived for check in a little early and Jasmine even made us some tea! We were really made to feel at home and they even have a bar so we had the pleasure of being served G&T's before we went out on our dancing event! We will definitely be back!

Host made us welcome with tea and cake on arrival, could not fault the accommadation and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this guesthouse if you want somewhere special

Friendly family, great service, excellent breakfast

The friendly, efficient service of the proprietor and staff and the cleanliness of everything we encountered. We also liked the interior design and the furnishings. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer.The restaurant which was recommended at our request and where a table was booked for us at short notice on a busy Saturday teatime fitted the bill exactly.

The surroundings in the street where the guest house is located and over which the proprietors have no control. However, it is in a convenient location for the football ground and the south beach.

It was very well looked Modern and bright our room was great and the extra specials like bath robes and slippers was a nice touch. Ursula also booked us into a lovely Chinese restaurant and organised taxi

Everything. The Redstone was an absolute delight to stay in and the attention to detail was first rate. Ursula was the friendliest and most helpful owner you will ever come across and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate and pure luxury. Location was also great, 30 seconds from the promenade and half way between the pleasure beach and tower. The breakfast was top notch and complimentary tea and homemade cake in the afternoon was a lovely touch. We will definitely be going back. We've stayed at the Waldorf in New York, we liked the Redstone better!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, The guesthouse was clean and modern and the breakfast was delicious.it is well placed between the tower and the pleasure beech.

This is a real gem of a hotel which demostrates Blackpool can provide the very best of BandB. It is a step up in quality from both the staff and decor.Highly recommend people give it a try.

The redstone is a lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and lovely decor. The bedrooms were Cosy and relaxing with the most comfortable bed i could of stayed in all day,The young girl working was helpful and nice. The breakfast was spot on fresh fruit, cereal, juices and a variety of cooked choices,we went for the full English which was spot on cannot fault this hotel it is a lovely place to stay.

We only stayed for one night but it was a fantastic night . We were extremely tired after a long day and after a nice shower the bed was so comfy and the breakfast in the morning was lovely!

Everything, it was just perfect - a combination of the freindliness of a guest house with all the touches of a top class hotel

There was a group of 10 of us attending the Northern Soul Championships. We were blown away by the service and friendlyness of Ursula and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and she accommodated us in every way including some of our group that had to book into the next door b&b because the remaining rooms in the Redstone had been booked out previously. She made our weekend very pleasurable and we would definately all go back again. The rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. We had a suite and it had everything you could wish for and more. High spec bathrooms and furniture that blended well into the property. The well stocked bar was a massive bonus to us as we were all able to meet before and after our evenings out. Excellent choice of breakfasts and the full english was delicious. Well done Ursula.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, breakfast could not be faulted and had great selection to choose from, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the guest house provides everything you need (and more) for a relaxing break away

I was a little nervous about leaving the car behind another hotel (50yds) down the road, but as it turned out I needn't have worried

It is a guesthouse which has been renovated to a very high standard, the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, breakfast again of a very high standard - all in all The Redstone was a top of the range establishment which I would happily recommend to anyone
