Food was reasonable
There was a pervasive ?damp smell on the dark corridors and staircases Very tired decor, fixtures and fittings High price for what was offered No idea it was next to a factory
Good parking, convenient to the town centre, good price
NOsiy group - could hear converstaions from the bar ,upstairs in the room. Would have liked to have ordered a paper wooden chair in room was hard
Ideally located for the site I needed to be in. Friendly and flexible staff.
Safe bike storage. Friendly amenable staff. Good restaurant. WI fi.
The room was rather small and water temperature and power a bit variable in room 2.
The polite and efficient service at all times. The food was good too.
The staff were excellent. The place had a really good atmosphere which I always think is most important. The bed was very clean and comfortable
The staff are very polite and friendly. They seem to take a pleasure in serving you and nothing is too much for them
No real complaints however did think the meals were a little bit top end on the pricing.
Nice bar, nice room, free parking, good location. Food OK. Landlord/manager very helpful and friendly.
One slightly 'surly' member of staff, children running around the bar and restaurant. Food OK

The welcome, the comfort and breakfast were excellent.
It was a bit bizarre having to switch the bathroom light on from the other side of the room and having to boil the kettle on the other side of the room to where the cups etc were, as there was no nearby socket??
It was clean, the room was fair
The shower was poor. It kept going cold. Food was Luke warm, poor value, and we had to ask for sweet menu having been ignored.
