value for money
parking was a little tight
the full package staff and facilities excellent
Everything run smoothly went with my dad he said hotel was much better than last time we stayed in Boston, breakfast was worth money would recommend
Disabled ramp was put away before 9 at night had to struggle to do myself,in the morning was not out had to do myself hotel bar upstairs was closed
Breakfasts - good choice buffet and tasty. Location. Comfy bed. Fair price.
Shouting/singing/banging about until after 1 a.m. - couldn't contact anyone on any contact nos. on info. sheet. Sent text with complaint. Management simply said that noise was what you got when you booked into a hotel over a pub!!! Friends' room at front ... no problem except three-quarter bed.
Staff were very friendly and, although an old building, the hotel was extremely well decorated throughout with interesting 'trompe l'oeil' in interesting places! Bed and bathroom linen were excellent quality and everywhere was very clean.
Nothing at all!
Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Really could do with a makeover.
the hotel is so central breakfast was exceptional and great service
Every thing, apart from the weather
I LIKED THE LOCATION IT WAS HANDY FOR THE SHOPS
BEDROOM ON THE FROUNT TO MUCH NOISE ON MAIN ROAD
A nice hotel in the very centre of Cleveleys. Car parking can be difficult because of this but we found a free place not too far away. Only downside was that the residents bar and lounge closed too early but the roof garden was great.
cleanliness Good breakfast Ideal location
Shower didn't work very well. Broken drawers
Always enjoy staying at the regal it has got every thing you need for a break away from home
Bar downstairs music far to loud
Friendly waitresses and good breakfast menu
Very small ensuite
Young Lady on reception very obliging.
Twin room little small, for son age 17 & myself plus no real ale as I am a camra member.
Lift to all floors
Had everything we required for our short stay. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely come back again.
Bathroom was a bit on the small side. Also no window in the bathroom which made it very dark at night.
This hotel was lovely clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms was fantastic as was the food.
Nothing couldnt fault anything
Breakfast was good Room was clean & tidy
Reception closed at 5pm, good job we checked in during the afternoon. The front door was also locked at the same time. Residents bar was closed at 9pm. Room directly above a bar that blasted out music until 12.30am. We then endured 30 minutes of fighting and arguing outside our window as some of the locals fell out. Shower didn't work. No toilet roll in the room.
Location room size value for money clean friendly.
Window taped up
The convenience & the pleasant room & friendly staff all round great hotel
Just the main bar music far too loud can't have any conversation at all
Everything cant wait go back for our honeymoon in may
Good breakfast and very comfortable bed.
I arrived late in the evening and had to collect my key from the bar. The bar didn't accept debit or credit cards so could not accept my payment for the room or for any drinks at the bar. There was no note in my room regarding breakfast times. I arrived for breakfast at 9.10am only to be told breakfast was over, it was served 8am to 9am. Reception didn't open until 10am which is far too late for guests needing assistance with anything. This hotel is stuck in a time warp and needs to start thinking about it's guests and improve it's customer service.
