The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were perfect! Great location for site seeing, easy access to the tube.

We had to pay for wi-fi.

Location was great walking distance to museums and Harrods and 10 min tube ride to Oxford or Regency St! Lovely rooms very clean and modern. Breakfast was great too.

Nice newly refurbished and clean room. Room was small but adequate (club room). Nice bathroom with relatively large shower enclosure. Good location near tube entrance (5 min. walk)

Uncomfortable bed (club room - double bed) - very used mattress, narrow bed - app. 140cm - uncomfortable for 2 persons. Quite noisy street - it can be heard in the room - annoying if you want to sleep longer.

The room was very nice for the price and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We really loved the bathroom counter space and the modern upgrades. It was just a few blocks from the South Kensington tube stop and very accessible to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place to a friend any day!

The hotel was central to everything we wanted to do. We had a night at the Royal Albert Hall and then had a day in central London.It was lovely, clean and comfy

the rooms were really small,the noise of air condition,the noise between the rooms,the staff in the reception were always on hurry,the didnt explain that they wiil charge your card with 50 pounds deposit,they didnt tell you the convertion between pound and euro,when they ask you to pay.

Location was great, easy access to transport. Great food close by, a wonderful hotel to explore London

The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The bathroom was immaculate and had an excellent shower and also lovely large towels and bathrobes.
